Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM(bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises

M & L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of Each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3kg per SQM and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 2 above, but as in skirting 150mm height laid over 10mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match, Skirting of same finish as of flooring shall be flush with plaster & all edges properly mitered

M&L for 7 to 8mm thick Non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles size 450x300x7mm thick laid over 10mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. The dado of same finish as of flooring shall be flush with plaster & all edges properly mitered.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Baroda Green marble,machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc,15 to 18mm thick including bull nose the front length,set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing,cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified. Note: Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M & L for 18- 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, jam,cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
