Construction of working platform storage space and water proofing on terrace at Jigyasa Centre (HCP00101) at AMPRI, Bhopal (Phase II)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to pli 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Miscelleneous labour work i.e shifting of tanks, reconnection etc complete

Providing and fixing 16 mm thick , granite slab mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for plateform, of required size,approved shade, black colour and texture laid over pink marble 16 mm thick joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish including 15mm Bibcock swan neck, CPVC pipe 20mm and outlet pipe PVC 110mm including fitting and fixtures and Laboratory sink etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing 16 mm thick pink marble ,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, of required size,approved shade, colour and sandwitched with pink marble 16 mm thick in vertical partition for kitchen plateform joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing under cabinet in exiting structure with drawers and doors of required size in symmetry and soft close hinges and other fittings including handles 100 mm long , as needed and plyboard/blockboard 16mm of approved make and mica 0.75 mm on front and balancing laminication on back. The under cabinet of the platform will be made of ply board with mica on top with fitted with hinges including all fittings and fixtures etc. complete.as required as per site requirement and instruction and decision of E-in-c.
