CA NO GE(U)/CHM-09/2026-27 COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS UNDER AGE E/M-II OF GE (U) CHANDIMANDIR

Opening of self starter from the DG Set, dismentling/strip opening for inspection and servicing/ Overhauling 12 Volt of cap 10 KVA to 75 KVA i.e. Cleaning of self starter including supply & replacement of carbon brushes if required and making it free from dust and other sticky particle complete, reassembling after replacement of UNSV worn out parts if required for smooth operation and reinstallation to DG set of any make/model complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of replacement of carbon brushes is included in the rates quoted against this item . However supply of other spares parts required for making self starter serviceable will be paid separetely in relevant items of this BOQ hereinafter.

Supplying only as in replacement of burnout solenoid switch as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of burnout armature of self starter including supply of heavy duty high temp. super enamelled copper wire as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: Cost of replacement of carbon brushes is included in the rates quoted against this item . However supply of other spares parts required for making self starter serviceable will be paid separetely in relevant items of this BOQ hereinafter.

Opening of AVR from the alternator, inspection for voltage output check, M & L for Repair/ replacement of (AVR) automatic voltage regulator Diode forward and reverse rotating rectifier assembly, half wave phase controlled thyristor type, complete all as per existing type & size for DG set of capacity 10 KVA to 75 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
