Demolition of Brick work of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

All As per item no 19 before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces firnished een and smooth without using extra cement up to hieght of four storey ,including scaffolding complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls firnished even and smooth without using extra cement in multistorey building ,complete all as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smoothe surface without using extra cement on ceiling, chajja in multy storey building etc complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces as of walls and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer white lime wash complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 16 & 26:- (a) Rate quoted up to G+4 bldg including scaffolding. (b) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator. (c) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (d) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (e) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (f) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted successful L1 bidder after opening of Financial Bid within a fixed time frame of 7 days otherwise tender will be cancelled (g) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 16 & 26 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M&L for new plaster surface two coat of oil bound destemper over 2mm thick of birla white putty including preparation of newly plastered surface etc all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness size quality or description frame wooden frames /Aluminium frame fixed with wooden beads/aluminium beads/steel window and M&L 3.5 mm thick sheet galss ordinary quality and glazing with wooden bead/aluminium beads, putty etc complete all as specified.

S & Fin repair 1000 ltr capacity three layer white colour rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank all as specified in SSR Part I.

S & F in repair 500 ltr capacity three layer white colour rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank all as specified in SSR Part I I(Make : Sintex/Rotex/Polywell).

Taking down chowkhat or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame)

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded Complete all Specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors n.exc 15cm thick (above or below grnd level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar concrete bedding amd removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-O, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded agg ) as in floors finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid cerermic coloured tiles 300x300X 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6).

All as per item No 38 above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4.

M&L Vitrified ceramic Light shade coloured tiles 600x600x 9-10mm thick square/rectungular polished area of each tile in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement sluarg and painted in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed of cm 1:6.

All as per item No 40 above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (600X300mm) x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match the shade of tile over 10mm thick rendering of in cement mortar 1:4.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and not exceeding 4 Sqm each sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 4 Sqm but not exc. 6 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames ), complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any desciption area exc 1.0 Sqm but n.exc 2.0 Sqm each and removing to or from store.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track panels sliding door with fly proof S.S wire mesh (two Nos, glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (big series) frame 116x45mm & sash 46x82mm both having wall thickness of 2.3+_ 0.2mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door above 2.00sqm upto 5sqm comprising of upvc chamfbered frame, with in built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced woth 1.60+_ 0.2mm thick galvanised mild steel section maid from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to upvc profile) Appropriate dimension oupvc extruted glazing beads, uPVC extruted interlock and uPVC extruded line sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy(white powder coated) handle with key on one side of extreme panels alongwith zinc plated mild steel multi point looking having tansmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) cresent lock (if required). stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120kg) GI fastners 100X8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. after fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and dirtected by engineer-in charge. S&F for 32mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutter, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc. (without sash bar) edge of frames plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 20(a) and fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated Anodiesed aluminium frame for partition, doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates incl. joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F solid PVC door Prelam frame of sixe 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F factory made soilid panel PVC Door shutter 30mm thick (Stype) both side prelam clouor consisting of frame made out MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet stripof 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail, & bottom rail; Panneling of both side prelam clouor PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing in Aluminium door with solar control files 50 micron in squares exc 0.5 Sqm each pane.

Supply and fixing PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing on PVC frame /Aluminium door at site etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store and S&F 15mm GI tubes, medicum grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.
