White washing scraping inside of Pump Chamber.

Scraping of snowcem robbiacem etc.

White washing 2 coat inside of Pump Chamber.

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on old work one coat to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint.

Scraping of plastering of Pump Chamber.

Plastering 1:4, 12.5mm thick on Pump Chamber.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture one coat on old distempered work.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting one coat with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on old steel or iron works.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Repair of Expansion Joint Size 150 mm i/d complete in all respects.

P/F OHSR Jali complete in all respects.

CI Cover of OHSR complete in all respects.

Repair of bottom dome including scraping & plastering complete in all respects.

Repair of tank wall including scraping & plastering complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR pipes including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR stair case railing and pickets including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Repair of plinth of OHSR.

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with 40 mm gauge stone aggregate to be used instead of brick ballast for plinth.

Conglomerate floor 40mm cement concrete topping 1:2:4 for plinth.

Repair of Water Works

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-8 & (as per Analysis A-6).

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7.

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with 40 mm gauge stone aggregate to be used instead of brick ballast for foot path.

Conglomerate floor 40mm cement concrete topping 1:2:4 for foot path.

Painting one coat with readymixed paint of metallic surfaces in all shades on old steel or iron works. For Main Gate = 3.34 sqm. For Pickets= 60x0.22 = 13.20 sqm. Total = 16.54 sqm.

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based such as snowecem, robbiacem etc. on old work one coat to give an even shade.

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Improvement in existing connections

Repair of old house connections complete in all respects.

Component -2

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Component -3

Painting on Board both sides including priming coat , printing & Map as per Water Supply & Sanitaton standard.

Cost of Component-4 (Operation and maintenance)

Provision for sodium chloride for disinfection of water complete in all respects.
