Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of Hylam sheet/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through existing non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked of suitable dia conduit wiring in walls/PVC conduit on wall including Tee, Junction boxes and metal modular boxes , modular cover plates of suitable size including suitable screws with washer for mounting modular switchs, modular sockets and modular regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & as directed for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 amps, SP complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but for One Ceiling Fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one modular switch and one modular regulator

All as per item No.2 above but for One bell point controlled by one modular bell push switch

All as per item No. 2 above but for One 3 pin 5 Amps modular switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board .

All as per item No. 2 above but for One 3 point 5 Amps modular switch socket outlet point controlled by one modular switch on the same board.

Supply and fixing of Modular switch socket combination 2 in 1 multipurpose 2/3 pin 5 amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Modular switch socket combination 2 in 1 multipurpose 5/15 amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Modular electronic ceiling fan regulator 2M type heavy duty suitable to work on 230 volts complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Bell ding dong, AC 230 Volts, SP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose three terminal surface bakelite type AC 50 Hz 230 Volts of size 65 x 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Concealed Submain wiring with 2 runs of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories of medium grade not less than 25 mm dia including one run of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuty conductor along with the wiring all as specified and as directed.Note:-Two runs of cable, one run of earth contuinity conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit length. (For AC & Geyser )

Re Fixing serviceable Old LED light fitting 1x 16/18/20W, 220V, AC with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED batten lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V, AC polycarbonate housing and interated electronic driver complete connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed .

S & F LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED energy efficient security light fitting of capacity of 35 W including suitable dia medium grade GI pipe bracket including all nuts and bolts for fixing the light on wall all as specified and directed. NOTE : quoted rate included the suitble GI pipe bracket,nuts and bolts.

Supply and fixing lamp holder insulated body with back plate for angle batten fitting fixed with round block including LED bulb 9/10 W non dimmable type complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with double pole and Earth Metal Plug & Socket including 20A SP MCB complete all as specified and directed. .

S & f in replace of Vertical type MCCB TPN DB 4 way double door made out of CRCA sheet housing with powder coating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace MCCB 4P, 415V,16KA, 125 amps suitable for Vertical MCCB DB all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing MCB double door DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps busbar 240V all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts for fixing in MCB DB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia drawn through and including GI protection pipe of light grade 15 mm bore by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I and connected to main switch board including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in 1:3:6, RCC Cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced , 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe with funnel and wire mesh complete and watering arrangement all as specified. (Note: GI pipe 15mm dia, GI wire 4mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
