Dismantling of air circuit breaker of capacity from 630A to 1250 Amps of any pole/make/model from the panel, checking, servicing, cleaning of breaker with CRC-226, removal of old grease and re-greasing with recommended grease, checking the condition of moving and fixed contacts, checking the tripping mechanism, tripping of ACB manually through voltmetric release, adjust freeness of DN and volt metric release trip rod, checking the proper tightening of hardware, checking presence of all circlips, alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals, checking the condition of ACB wiring, adjusting the gap between hylam sheet and side plate, checking the condition of arc chutes, under voltage relay, shunt release, auxillary contact, checking the release by secondary injection for O/L, S/C, E/F, setting of release as per the load, Checking the healthy ness of the CTs, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Installed, Testing and Commissioning CPRI approved cubical type LT Panel floor mounted out door type for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz AC supply with Copper bus bar duly colour coded, for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve having short circuit current with stand minimum 21 KA for one second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable , factory made fabricated with CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust weather and vermin proof for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having TPN cpper bus bar rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, bottom base channel MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper wiring with minimum 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half , general construction confirming to IS-8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with follwoing detailed specification & control complete with suitable fixing accessories at TACDE Bison Hangar

The panel board shall be fabricated from the reputed CPRI approved firm and shall be suitable to accommodate the following complete all as specified and directed :- OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 3. mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequite size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequite to accomodate inner shell described below figing 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the comple inner shell alongiwth its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer sheel. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be providid. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

INNER SHELL :- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coaded heat, shrikable sleeve and shall be mmounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be providid on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x50mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availablity at the incomer. An inspection lamp with 11 Watt CFL shall be fitted on top side of inner shell. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carry the following controls. :- (A) Incoming :- (a) MCCB 4P,315A, 36 KA -01(Electronic/Microprocesssor type) (c) Indicating lamps for three phases - Qty 1 set of 3 Nos (e) Power lamp inside the panel alongwith connection from incoming power supply . M & L in repair for earth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with copper Earth Plate 600mm X 600mm X 3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.10 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.10 mtr below ground level), connecting to copper strip 32mm x 6mm main earth lead by means of tinned copper / brass bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers besides brazing at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to test point, made of phosphorous brongze/gun metal of size 75mmx75xmmx25mm dril and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screwed, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt in alternate layers of 100mm thick all around the plate, under and above the plate and returning, filling of earth spread levelled, watered and compected to required level, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), rainforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle, GI medium watering pipe 25mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed . M&L for marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300mmx180mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow bar 60 cm long duly painted of colour as directed for writing ER value, date of testing and due date for testing, Earth pit No etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required PCC work with sufficient digging to support & fix the marker, painting and writing earthing details is included in this item .

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required of size 32 x 6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 20mm x 3mm, copper strip/earth lead, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking up or down existing unserviceable aluminium air termination rod, 12mm dia, 1200mm / 300 mm long with existing aluminium block from vertical pipe supports of any description complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing aluminium Air termination rod single pointed at top and properly threaded at bottom end, 12mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only aluminium Air termination rod single pointed , 12 mm dia 1200mm/300mm long complete all as specified & directed. Note : Old Air termination rod obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work.

M & L in repair for providing test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mmx75 mm x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable / deshaped, aluminium / GI earth strip or taking down conductors of any size and in any position, stacking properly the serviceable strips for re-use in the work including making good the distrurbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing & connecting aluminium earth strip 25 mm x 3mm as in roof conductors / down conductor fixed on walls / roofs with saddels/epoxy insulator including screws required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in position & connecting the retrieved old serviceable aluminium/ GI earth strip/ earth lead / down conductors of any description and in any size, after making necessary addition / alterations, fixed on walls / roofs over and including M&L for suitable new insulators (Porcelain/vitreous) provided at a distance not exceeding 50 cm centre to centre and insulators fixed with suitable saddles and screws complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old retrieved earth strip of any shape and size in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication/welding/Jointing work in existing LT Panel by providing new hinges in place of defective hinges, replacement of locking arrrangement of external door, replacement of main door gasket, replacement of rusted sheet cover including cutting, bending, Welding/soldering and refixing properly at site. Servicing and maintenance of the panel by taking out the incoming connection and all outgoing connection and outgoing cables of the panel and fixing a fresh with proper crimping/tapeing, lux/connector, cable glande including doing all necessary wiring in the panel. Note -Excavation and earth work wherever necessary is deemed to be inculded alongwith the cost and MS Sheet will be measured and paid seperately under respective item

Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing un serviceable non-functional / broken hinges of any description and in any position of existing feeder pillar boxes/panel boards etc and supply and fixing new cold rolled medium weight mild steel hinges in position as per existing requirement with necessary spot welding, screwing etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable insulator from LT panel boards, supply, fixing & testing conical/single bus bar system epoxy insulator including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply for mounting of bus bars in LT panels/feeder pillar boxes complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of existing unserviceable/damaged part/portion of the existing feeder pillar box/ panel boards with supply and fixing new part or portion fabricated out of 3 mm thick MS sheet in position including making necessary adjustments and alignments to make the existing feeder pillar box/panel board body to required shape and size(s) and MS sheet painted both sides with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with necessary filler coating complete all as specified ant directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable Phase indicator lamps and supply, fixing, connecting and, testing LED type Phase indicator lamp with showing red, yellow and green colours of 22.5mm dia fixed to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 Volts AC supply and making connections with using suitable size copper cables wires and lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of steel/LT panel boards/feeder pillar boxes of size upto 1000mm x 1100mm x 450mm of any description & any position including removing disintegrated/detoriating part of paint and applying filler coat to obtain smooth surfaces and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine to obtain smooth finish to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but of size above 1000mm x 1100mm x 450mm less than 1300mm x 1450mm x 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacment 4 pole Air Circuit breaker, 415 Volt manual and electrical drwout with mircroprocessor release of capacity 800 Amps comprising of the following techinical specification complete all as specfied and directed by engr-in-charge :- (a) Rated operational volatge 50 Hz 415 Volt. (b) Rated short circuit breaking capacity 65 Icu. (c) Rated short time withstand capacity 0.5 Sec to 1 Sec. (d) Inbuilt safety lever in drawout type ACBs to ensure tripping of ACB before breaker jaws disengage from cradle terminals while racking out the ACB from service position. (e) In-bulit rating error preventor in Drawouts ACBs to ensure correct rating of breaker in corresponding cradle. (f) In built safety shutter assembly to prevent accidental contact with live cradle terminals when brekaer is in drwaout position. (g) Over current release setting and racking intelock to be accessible from front. (h) All 4 pole of ACBs to be fully rated neutral pole so that the poles at either can be used as the neutral i.e in NRYN or RYBN confirguration. (j) Unique sliding shutters to prevent unathorised acess to "Trip' & Close" Push button. (h) Optimally compact ACBs to ensure low temperature rise.
