Cutting in earth work by mechanical/manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transportation of the unuseful materials for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load, and mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of all surplus excavated earth/soil upto approved dumping site, which shall be arranged by the contractor at his own, and shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (Fifteen centimeter) , layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractor.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. upto plinth level. for mass concrete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : - (c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete, upto floor all levels Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Stone soling properely hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm (Five Centimeter to Twenty centimeter) , behind retaining walls, in the required thickness, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. weepholes 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) diameter pipe in brick masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls,retaining wall extended through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 100mm (One hundred milimeter) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) finished rough with sponge , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing,in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint . In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimeter) overall with 0.60mm (Zero point Six zero milimeter) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty)microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm (Six milimeter) dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 15 cm (Fifteen centimeter) wide 45 cm (Forty five centimeter) overall semicircular plain G.I. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (Forty into Three milimeter) size bolts & nuts with washers etc. including making necessary connection withrain water pipe complete as per design in 0.63 mm (Zero point Sixty three milimeter) thick. Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2mm (One point Six six to Two milimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. 110mm (One hundred ten milimeter) dia pipes, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC Plain bend 110mm (One hundred ten milimeter) dia, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 35 mm (Thirty five milimeter) thick shutters , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimeter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point nine zero liters per Ten square meter ) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point seven five liters per Ten square meter ) of approved brand and manufacture , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point nine zero liters per Ten square meter ) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point eight zero liters per Ten square meter ) of approved brand and manufacture , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm (One point two five liters per Ten square meter ) over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm (Zero point seven five liters per Ten square meter ) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (One point six seven liters per Ten square meter ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm (Two point two zero Kilograms per Ten square meter ) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

(Electrical Work) Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/sub-main with following size PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 1 No. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable of same size for earthing as required. 2x1.5 Sq. mm

Wiring for power plug with 2x4 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 1 No.4 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required.
