Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, with and incluidng provision of necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, brickwork or masonry including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Embedded protion of the dismantled post shall only be measured and paid.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft / loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel (miscellaneous) work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 6-8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel using sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long, diameter of neck shall be 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete in foundations, 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as filling in foundations and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 200mm x 200mm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging / dewatering / cleaning of existing manhole of any size and of depth not exceeding 1.50metre, either manually or using mechanical means (as applicable as per site conditions), in foul condition, taking out sludge and solid waste, night soil, silt, any proportion of silted soil and other rubbish, including removal of taken out sludge and rubbish off the MES premises, making the manhole fully functional and making the premises tidy and clean, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The portion where the sludge being dumped while taking out from the existing manholes shall be spread with bleaching powder @1.50kg/sq.m of the area once after the taken out sludge is removed off the MES premises. The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of this provision.

Desludging / dewatering / cleaning of existing manhole of any size and of depth exceeding 1.50metre but not exceeding 3.00metre, either manually or using mechanical means (as applicable as per site conditions), in foul condition, taking out sludge and solid waste, night soil, silt, any proportion of silted soil and other rubbish, including removal of taken out sludge and rubbish off the MES premises, making the manhole fully functional and making the premises tidy and clean, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The portion where the sludge being dumped while taking out from the existing manholes shall be spread with bleaching powder @1.50kg/sq.m of the area once after the taken out sludge is removed off the MES premises. The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of this provision.

Cleaning of choked water closet / floor trap / gully trap etc., manually by taking out deposited sludge, waste, night soil, silted soil and other rubbish, including removal of taken out sludge and rubbish off the MES premises, washing and well flushing of the floor trap / water closet / gully trap etc., including making the premises tidy and clean, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Opening and closing of access doors shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The work shall be carried out by employing two safaiwala each in Zone 'D' area and fort area. The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of this provison.
