Annual Maintenance and Upkeep of Archaeological Gardens in the state of Bihar for the financial year 2020-21.

Complete maintenance of the entire intensive garden (in ‘B’ class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area 21041.46 sqm. Garden area for 12 months : 21041.46 x 12 = 252497.52 sqm.

Complete maintenance of the entire intensive garden (in ‘C’ class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area 352696.43 sqm. Garden area for 12 months : 352696.43 x 12 = 4232357.16 sqm.

Complete maintenance of the entire extensive garden (in ‘C’ class city) features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total garden area 12141 sqm. Garden area for 12 months : 12141 x 12 = 145692 sqm.

Complete maintenance of tree plantation (below 5-6 years old plant) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees 600 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 600 x 12 = 7200 nos.

Complete maintenance of tree plantation (beyond 8 years old plant) by attending all the garden cultural operation in time i.e. hoeing, manuring, watering, ring making, stacking and other related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & other T&P material/articles will be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in-charge. Total No. of trees 847 nos. No. of trees for 12 months : 847 x 12 = 10164 nos.
