M. 1.50-1.75) mortar over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 1 cm. including water proofing compound as per direction of Engineer incharge including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plansts etc. required for proper completion of the work. Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead ( DSR 2023 15.23.1)

Providing and laying rectified Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x300 mm (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS ; 15622 of approved make in colors such as white, ivory, gray, fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement slurry (1cement : 4 coarse sand) @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete (DSR 2023 -11.39)

Demolishing R.C.C. wor manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge DSR-2023 - 15.3

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. Work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area or R.C.C. or R.B. Work) as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. DSR-2023 - 15.5

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand): 6.3.1 With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix).(DSR 15.2.1)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (DSR 11.3.1)

Removing white or colour wash by scraping & sand papering & preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc (DSR 13.88)
