Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly birla putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in item no. 3 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950

As in item 05 above but for every coat after first coat.

Spirit polish over new wood work after rubbing down the surface, with sand paper to give smooth and shining surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm thick single leaf flush door shutter ( boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S.2202 part-1 (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges,bolts.locks,handles, springs and other fittings but excluding their supply including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing brass polished hydraulic door closure of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 450 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing full height Partition with 02 NOS 12 mm thick ISI marked ply board, all surfaces to finished withf 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge and fixed in polished teak wood including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, hinges, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.

Polishing of marble floor by cleaning with carborandum stone after washing with tartre cleaning powder etc. and finally with French mansion polish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
