Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of 450mm diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Providing UNDER REAMED PILES R.C.C.30cm (12") dia cast-in-situ with single reamed (bulb) in cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 11.5cm above G.L. including boring, erecting, vibrating,curing, hire charges for drilling equipments, etc.,complete as per relevent ISI specifications(excluding cost steel reinforcement).

Carrying out initial Working pile load test on specified dia piles as specified in IS:2911 (Part 4). Includes all plant, equipment, machinery, instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete.

Supplying and Installing Metal False Ceiling using Fire Retardant Galvanized Steel Sheet Plain lay in tile size 600mm x 600mm, 0.5mm thick, powder coated on external surface and shall have flange on all four sides to rest on the exposed grids. The system to give 600mm x 600mm centre to centre ‘T’. The ‘T’ shall be not be dipped GI Tee Section 3600mm long main Tee. 24mm wide and cross Tee panels are formed by running main runner of ‘T’ section of size 30mm x 24mm powder coated at bottom at intervals with powder coating at bottom. Necessary provision of inter locking of ‘T’ section are made at required intervals not exceeding 1200mm. The main runners are suspended from the ceiling by means of 4mm dia. GI rods fixed to the ceiling using anchor fasteners of 50mm x 8mm size with nylon inset and hooked to the main rubbers using clips. The last hangers at end of each rubber should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. The last panel shall be placed at the side wall using edge profile ‘L’ Angle of size 20mm x 20mm and fixed to the side wall the false ceiling should be fixed of same level and should present a neat look

Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proofplywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete

Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling (equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation: Install aluminium box section (provided by others) of section 50mm x 25mm or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre to centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled wood works provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second aluminium section at an on centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the aluminium keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour (provided by others). Installation to be carried out by Armstrong Trained Installation Team and installation should be carried out as per Armstrong Recommended Procedure.

ISMC support

HVAC related outdoor equipments/units shall be mounted on ISMC Channels and Angles. The ISMC channels and Angles shall be applied with two coats of zinc phosphate primer and finally one coat of PU paint shall be applied.

Supply and Installation of following thick of Copper pipes (refridgerant pipes) including all fittings like bends, elbows, tees with all internal joint type fittings.The pipes and fittings shall be insulated with following thickness of Closed cell Nitrile rubber insulation (tubuler and factory made ) and finished with FRP / glass cloth lining and coated with 2-coats of Fevicol AC Ductking Lag Coating 5590 or equal fore retardant coating. All piping inside the room ( false ceiling ) shall be properly supported in hanger and exposed piping shall be properly supported in cable tray.
