Survey & Marking: Survey of proposed diversion route with bench marking with levels along with the route as per the instruction of EIC. (1%)

Commencement of Excavation: Commencement of excavation after finalization of the sections of the diversion canal with approval of EIC.(1%)

Completion of Excavation: Completion of the diversion canal as per the approved sections and submission of measurements . (6%)

Construction of Culverts and retaining walls: As required in the site with approval of EIC. (1%)

Completion of diversion works with all documents & final measurements (1%)

Garland drain & Roads (Weightage of activity (%): 5

Survey & marking: Survey and demarking the garland drain and road alignment around the proposed RMP 2 basin. (0.25%)

Commencement Excavation: Commencement of excavation after finalisation of excavation section approved from EIC.(1%)

Completion of Excavation: Excavation of garland drains Complete as per the approved sections.(1%)

Construction of culverts and retaining walls: As required at site with approval from EIC. (0.5%)

Construction of roads: Construction of road after finalisation of alignment,gradient and specification and approval from EIC.[Progressive Payment] (1.5%)

Disposal of Excavated materials: The disposal of good earth,rocks will be disposed in designated areas as jointly finalised with EIC. (0.25%)

Completion of garland drains and submission of final measurement along with as built drawings.(0.5%)

Preparation of Basin (Weightage of activity (%): 10

Jungle cleaning/surface dressing/removal of debris in order to make the whole area accessible.(1%)

Survey & marking: Survey and bench marking of the basin, identification of good earth area and finalise the base levels for the proposed RMP 2 basin.(1%)

Levelling of basin area: excavation as per the approved excavation chart for inside basin area to arrive at a proper shape.[Progressive Payment](4%)

Ash filling with levelling and compaction: The ash filling with compaction as per technical specification to provide a base for HDPE laying after final excavation levels of the basin is reached.[Progressive Payment] (3%)

Completion of basin works in all aspects with submission of measurement with final levels of the basin. (1%)

Laying of base filter/chimney filter (Weightage of activity (%): 10

Preparation of dam bed for base filter laying: excavation of cutoff trench and back filling as per specification , stripping and cleaning with proper marking for base filter laying (1%)

Laying of base filter as per the specification with all required quality control [Progressive Payment] (3.5%)

Laying of chimney filter as per the specification with all required quality control [Progressive Payment] (3.5%)

Completion of toe drain & rock toe as per the specification with all required quality control (1%)

Completion of the filter laying works with rock toe and toe drains work ia all aspects and submission of all final measurement, drawings, quality control reports. (1%)

Embankment Filling for all three Dams as per the specification with all quality control tests (Weightage of activity (%): 40

Preparation of borrow area with lead demarcation: Identification of borrow area, testing of soil, setting of lead pillars for all dams and borrow areas. (2%)

Cutoff trench and filling: Excavation of cutoff trench and back filling with good borrow earth as per the specification with quality control. (2%)

Embankment filling as per technical specification. 20% of the total embankment filling quantity complete as per specification and quality control. (6%)

Embankment filling as per technical specification . 40% of the total embankment filling quantity complete as per specification and quality control. (6%)

Embankment filling as per technical specification. 60% of the total embankment filling quantity complete as per specification and quality control. (6%)

Embankment filling as per technical specification 80% of the total embankment filling quantity complete as per specification and quality control. (6%)

Embankment filling as per technical specification 100% of the total embankment filling quantity complete as per specification and quality control. (6%)

Slope dressing with turfing and surface drains: Slope dressing of all dams as per the profile drawing with required slope,surface drains with turfing all complete. (2%)

Completion of embankment filling in all aspects for all the dams with proper quality control, designed slopes and submission of final measurements with all quality control documents. (4%)

Laying of HDPE Lining (Weightage of activity (%): 10

Cordination for Procurement of HDPE lining material by the executing agency as per the specification . (1%)

Inspection and testing for confirmation of the HDPE lining materials as per the specification. (1%)

Laying of HDPE Lining: Laying of HDPE lining as per the specification and quality control guidelines.[Progressive Payment] (6%)

Completion of HDPE lining in all aspects with proper lapping and all side anchoring complete. (1%)

Submission of final measurements with all documents (1%)

Construction of Reclamation Ramp with pump House and site grading for Red Mud Filtration unit (Weightage of activity (%): 5

Survey and site preparation: identification of site, survey and site grading works (1%)

Construction of Reclamation Ramp: Design ,Drawing and execution With approval of Engineer In Charge. (1%)

Construction of Pump House : Design ,Drawing and construction with approval of Engineer in Charge. (1%)
