Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HV type1 with peak, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 11000 volts grade(Earthed) XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 95 sqmm, 3 core after taking out the old unserviceable XLPE/ PILCA cable and testing on completion complete all as directed. (Note : Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning and cable protection will be measured and paid for separately)

Notes:- (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and cable covers/ brick protection shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items. (ii) Joints shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items. (iii) Taking out/ taking down shall be done only after disconnecting all the connections of the cable from over head lines and panels.

Supplying and fixing/ laying of 80mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings, ISI marked as required for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s GI Pipe any size

Drilling (Horizontally) to existing road (maximum 10M wide) suitable for passing GI tubing of dia upto 80mm/ 100mm as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All necessary T&P required at site for drilling shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head HT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc after taking out the old unserviceable aluminium conductor of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint after taking out the old unserviceable cross arms, bracing, supports etc of any section complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and fixing of new pin type porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown/ green insulator 150mm high and 150mm dia including one galvanised mils steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for HT 11000 volts after taking out the old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new pin type polymer, vitreous, white/ brown/ green insulator 150mm high and 150mm dia including one galvanised mils steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for HT 33000 volts after taking out the old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new disc type insulator, polymer, vitreous white/ brown/ green 145mm high and 225mm dia ball & socket type single disc assembly for tension with GI tension clamps for conductors for working pressure of 33000 volts after taking out the old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Readjustment, cleaning of contact, greasing and testing of out door type air break switch 11 KV current rating upto 400 Amps including all materials required for alignment for Air Break switch in position and replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items )

Supply only brass terminal plate for mounting male contact of Air Break switch insulator including GI nuts and bolts, washers etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- All necessary T&P required at site for painting shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Providing the cable fault locating machine with all necessary tool and plants at work site for locating the exact pin point of fault along with the exact length of armourd 6.6/11 KV XLPE/ PILCA insulated HT cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable fault locating machine along with all necessary T&P as required shall be arranged by contractor within very short notice as when asked by GE without fail and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply, filling and topping up of indoor/ outdoor TRANSFORMERS of any capacity in various sub stations under GE (W) Jabalpur with new transformer oil, low viscosity type of dielectric strength 35 to 40 KV breaking voltage, conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Savita or Power Oil or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and filling of silica gel as per existing make/ as per manufacturer's recommendations duly approved by GE suitable for indoor/ outdoor TRANSFORMERS up to 5000 KVA in various sub stations under GE (W) Jabalpur complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of silica gel breather (transparent type) with silica gel as per existing make/ as per manufacturer's recommendations duly approved by GE suitable for indoor/ outdoor TRANSFORMERS up to 5000 KVA in various sub stations under GE (W) Jabalpur complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement DO fuse element of capacity 10 Amp to 100 Amp having 10 Nos of fuses in each pkt for 33 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement DO fuse element of capacity 10 Amp to 40 Amp having 10 Nos of fuses in each pkt for 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning/ prepration of complete external surfaces of DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER of capacity upto 750 KVA for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour/ shed as approved by GE including writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with and including thick enamel paint of approved colour/ shed not exc 5cm in height for SM/ MES No. etc of tranformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning/ prepration of complete external surfaces of VCBs/control panel of capacity upto 800 Amps for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour/ shed as approved by GE including writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with and including thick enamel paint of approved colour/ shed not exc 5cm in height for SM/ MES No. etc of tranformer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and overhauling of gang operated drop out air break switch 33 KV double break rotating isolated fixed on 33 KV Gantry(33 KV Yard) with replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note : Labour for replacement of unserviceable parts is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. However, unserviceable parts will be measured and paid for separately under relevent items as 'Supply only' )

Supply only tinned copper flexible jumper 400 Amps 33 KV to be fixed under item No. 86 here-in-before and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Supply only back connector plate to be fixed on completion complete all as directed.

Supply only Fixed contact 33 KV for rotary type double break isolator ( GOD Switch ) to be fixed under item No. 83 here-in-before and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Trimming of tree branches 4 metre all around, from the LT/HT pole, for clearing of LT/HT line, by cutting tree branches, any numbers and of any girth, on any number of conductors/earth wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. (Notes : (i) The above work includes cleaning/ pruning of tree branches falling around the conductors (ii) One length shall be measured for complete span of 4/5/6 conductors & GI wire.)

Re - stretching only of existing ACSR of any size, on HT/ LT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : One length shall be measured for complete span of 4/5/6 conductors & GI wire.)

Supply and fixing of new resin/ epoxy coated air cooled high tension current transformer of dual ratio of 100-50/5 Amps, 10 VA burden out put, accuracy class-0.5 conforming to IS 2705/IEC 60044-1 suitable for rated voltage system of 11KV for metering/ protection of breakers after taking out the old unserviceable CT and testing on completion complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe light grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge 8 mesh per linear including 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS TMT bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.

M&L for centrifusing (Filteratin/dehydration of transformer oil including filter action using automatic centrifusing machine including arrnging elect supply for operation of machine to achieve min. 35 to 50 KV breaking capacity at 4 mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all sludge particles for use as per BS-B 66-1983 complete

Repairs/overhauling to 11KV/33 KV HT control Panels complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out 11KV High Tension VCB of 300Amps to 800 Amps rating trolley from High Tension control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of High Tension Vacume Circuit Breakers trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of vacume bottles/links , & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete. (b). Taking out Digital Micom 122 relay set from high tension, 11KV, VCB control panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibration the relay by giving the primary and secondry injection and checking the tripping system by relay testing kit for over current and earth fault & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in High Tension control panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC .Note:- Testing of above job to be carried out by OEM only. (b) spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under the relevent items as supply only.

Supply and fixing in replacement shunt trip coil assembly suitable for High Tension ,VCB control panels, operating on 30/110 volt system and testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.(Make Crompton/GEC/Areva)

Supply and fixing in replacement under voltage coil assembly suitable for HT VCB operated on 110/30 volt system and testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Repairs/overhauling to 11KV RMU complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out top cover control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of moving contacts including opening the RMU & checking the quality of connections & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the RMU including connection to HT panel complete. (b). Above repair shall include checking proper functioning of Load Break Switch (LBS), VCB inside RMU and DO fuse link and make them serviceable if found unserviceable. Note:- Testing of above job to be carried out by OEM only. (b) spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under the relevent items as supply only.

Supply and erecting steel tubular poles 9 mtr long & 410SP31complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolt nuts & screws complete all as specified including painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint & embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of bituminous paint complete all as specifd and directed including taking down old.

Taking out existing steel HT electric poles of any length incl breaking of cement concrete, necessary excavation and earthwork, dismantling cross arms, MS clamps, insulators etc and carefully taking down existing over head copper conductor or aluminium conductor complete as required incl removing from site as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement copper fuse wire 50 Amps complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for cable route indicator for HT cable with 11000 Volts embossed in MS sheet 5mm mounted in 50mm angle iron duly painted in red , with one coat of red oxide over two coats of sunthetic emanel paint with height 300mm above GL with PCC foundation all as per required and directed by Engg in Charge.Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be included of excavtion and earth work.

(A) Disconnecting and taking down of faulty/ defective copper wound POWER TRANSFORMER of capacity 1600-5000KVA, ratio 33/11 KV from HR sub station/ Ridge Road Sub Station in Jabalpur cantt and transporting the POWER TRANSFORMER to workshop for complete overhauling/ repairing & servicing as specified in sub Para (B) here- in- after and transporting back the POWER TRANSFORMER from workshop to its existing location after complete overhauling/ repairing & servicing including loading & unloading of POWER TRANSFORMER in to the truck with the help of skilled labours and re-installation of POWER TRANSFORMER at its existing position with the help of chain pullies & skilled labours and making all necessary incoming & outgoing connections and tightening of all connection nuts, bolts, screws etc including following testing at 33 KV before installation and commissioning at site complete all as specified & directed :- (a) Insulation Resistance Test (By 5000 V Megger) (b) Ratio Test (c) Double Voltage & Double Frequency Test (d) Transformer Oil Value BDV Test (e) Tap Changing Test of load for all tap position Notes:- (i) POWER TRANSFORMER shall only be got repaired from authorised Workshop of Manufacturers of transformer or any other Workshop which have been authorised by MPSEB for repairing of transformer of such type & capacities and GE will approve the workshop in writing before shifting the POWER TRANSFORMER for repairing. (ii) Contractor will submit the certificate of authorised workshop along with RARs and final bill dully verified and signed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Cost of cable jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc as required shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iv) All necessary T&P required at site for shifting of POWER TRANSFORMER shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for opening the top cover of defective copper wound POWER TRANSFORMER of capacity upto 2500 KVA, ratio 33/11 KV for complete overhauling/ repairing & servicing in folllowing manner:- (a) Taking out the transformer oil from POWER TRANSFORMER and store the same into seperate barrel container . (b) Taking out the core/ coil assembly of POWER TRANSFORMER. (c ) Cleaning of POWER TRANSFORMER inside by using transformer oil. (d) Re-fixing the core/ coils after complete repair/ replacement of core/ coils in POWER TRANSFORMER including heating up of POWER TRANSFORMER core assembly to remove complete moisture. (e) Replacement of HV/ LV spindles and bushings etc. as per existing make/ as per manufacturer's recommendations duly approved by GE complete all as specified & directed. (f) Re-filling of the removed POWER TRANSFORMER oil after filtration/ centrifusing. (g) Re-fixing of the POWER TRANSFORMER top cover with and including new rubberized gasket set and nuts, bolts and washers for top cover as per existing make/ as per manufacturer's recommendations duly approved by GE and tightening of all nuts, bolts, screws & gasket etc (h) Checking of all electrical and mechanical components at workshop after making the POWER TRANSFORMER fully fuctional. (j) All other parts/ items/ components of POWER TRANSFORMER which are necessary to be replace in the opinion of Engr-in-Charge/ as per manuacturer's recommendations for smooth functioning of POWER TRANSFORMER, same shall also be replace for smooth functioning and cost of the same shall also be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.
