Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment including lime concrete/PCC padding over roof, removing complete layer of bitumen under lime concrete/PCC padding, cement mortar & felt cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14.00 (here-in-before) above but as in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:4) as on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick red sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and as directed.
