Spl repair work (AVN) to Helipad hanger under GE (West) Mathura

M&L for scrapping old epoxy paint surfaces and cleaning of all dust ,dirt, paint, moisture, oil, grease and all foreign material from the floor by mechanically scarifying, grinding, vacuum cleaning by using scrubbers, hard blowers , vacuum cleaners, moisture testing etc for 1-2 mm top concrete layer till good concrete surface free from all foreign materials is obtained and then cleaned by acid itching with alkaline wash followed by healthy water wash then the floor should be cleaned by using appropriate solvent, degreaser/cleaner to remove all residues to the entire satisfaction of GE.

M&L for application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin and hardener mixed and laid to a thickness as per manufacturer’s instructions with in pot life to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test certificate to be provided by manufacture.

M&L for treatment of construction joints and floor cracks by racking the old material, joints filling material, cutting and repairing the joint/surface with high strength epoxy resin mortar and dressing the joint to perfect right angle and filling with cold applied high performance and hybrid carbon resistance PU joint sealant of thickness 10mm x 25mm all as per manufacturer’s instructions and entire satisfaction of GE.

M&L for screed of 5 mm thick made of solvent free combination of epoxy resin, modified amine hardeners of high crushing strength and mechanically inert aggregate made in a uniform thickness laid on the prepared surface using a squeegee or a notched trowel. The mixing of material should be done correctly with an electric variable speed mixer and the entire contents should be mixed thoroughly and spread to uniform thickness before expiry of pot life as per manufacturer’s instructions. The record of measurement of thickness at random places should be maintained. The screed layer so laid has to be de-aerated by spiker rolled to dislodge air pockets as per manufacturer’s instruction and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test certificate to be provided by manufacture.

M&L for providing/applying EPU based self levelling top coat of Flexo hard EPU to yield and average thickness of 1mm. The volumetric mixing ratio will be 2:1 as per manufacturer's instructions. The compressive strength of the top coat will be in the range of 45-50% and Flexural strength in the range 40-45 Mpa. Top coat wear resistance (weight loss) /Abrasion Resistance < 37mg all as per manufacturer's instructions and entire satisfaction of GE. Test certificate to be provided by manufacture.

M&L for preparation of new epoxy PU anti static floor surface gloss surface and application of 10 cm width or girth epoxy polyurethane paint marking in white/orange/golden/yellow over primer in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc all as per manufacturer’s instructions and entire satisfaction of GE.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any weight per sqm not exc 4 Kg complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F for welded wire mesh netting size 2.4mm dia and 25mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste for height 10mtr to 12mtr including all scaffolding, safety equipment required to fixing the wire mesh etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for gates etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, for height 10mtr to 12 mtr including all scaffolding, safety equipment required to fixing the material etc. conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary cutting, welding etc and fixing in position complete all as specified & directed.
