Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of boundary wall including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Random rubble masonry of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level etc complete

Random rubble masonry of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete.

Providing and fixing 75mm thick buff colour Stone coping (Bansi Pahadpur) in the top of boundary wall over the 50mm thick 1:4 cement mortar including cutting, chiselling, dressing, moulding and fixing etc complete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 1½ :3 (1cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for fixing of MS grill panel in concrete block (size 0.20 x 0.20 x 0.30mtr) including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing with vertical post ISLC 100x50x6mm and MS angle 50x50x6mm horizontal support in top and bottom for adjoining the frame 12mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Panel size 2.00 x 1.20 mtr)

Provision for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on M.S. grill railing fencing and GI pipe railing including a coat of primer with scraping of sand paper etc complete.

Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints matching the original etc complete

Providing and fixing in position of MS gate at desired location with 150mmx150mm x 6mm hollow tube posts, MS angle of 75x75x6mm all round and flat iron of section 80x6mm and 16mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Gate size 3.00 x 2.00 mtr for main gate and 1.20x 1.20mtr for half turn style gate)
