PETTY REPAIR DOOR TO DOOR MAINTENANCE AND CERTAIN MISC B R WORKS AT 6TH CAMP 7TH CAMP OMQ GANGAMMA CIRCLE KALANAGAR MES QTRS AND SURAKSHA ENCLAVE

Repair to ends of chajjas/ parapets by removing old concrete, loose material ,& cleaning of the reinforcement and finishing the surface in cement mortar 1:3 , finished fair & even and making good with existing finishes all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding and water proofing compound.

Repair to cracks and damaged existing surface of RCC roof slab/RCC facia/RCC chajja upto double storey (Approx height 7.50 Mtr from the natural ground level) by structural strengthing using injection pressure grouting with Sikadur 52, low viscous epoxy grout of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, M /s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE), complete all as manufacturers and all as specified and directed by GE as under:-

Providing and drilling 10mm dia holes using pneumatic drill as per site condition but not exceeding 50cm c/c in zig-zag patten for 75mm depth and fixing high pressure bear up Metal/Aluminium body indection packer along the holes and packing with Sika rep Micro Crete 4, rapid setting cement based plugging mortar of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, M /s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE)

Mixing base and hardner of Sikadur 52, low viscous solvent free epoxy injection grout of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Thermex, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE) using slow speed electricity operated mixing paddle (200-300RPM) and injecting the same using electrically operated high pressure (upto 1000 Kgf/SqCM) pump until refusal to adjacent complete as per manufacturers specification.

Cutting and flushing the nozzoles and excess materials with a sharp scraper to take away sharp protrusions and to get a smooth and flat finish

(a) Note : The work under (Item No. 2 to 5 of BOQ) shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the any following manufacturer only. M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited,M/s Thermax Limited

(b) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.

(c) The unit rate quoted for item No. 2 to 5 of BOQ is deemed to be included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

Taking down and re-fixing the same existing aluminium door/window/partitions (each shutter area n. exc 5sqm) after carrying out certain repairs as required, removing the existing beading and fixing new (i.e. including change of Handles, hinges, star lock, rubber beadings, bottom bearing, clips etc) rubber beading of suitable size with adhesive, overhauling of floor springs including repairing/cleaning/greasing etc and making the same fully functional all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (wooden/steel) exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and as directed.
