Providing two legged scaffolding, for works up to various heights as specified using 10 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25 m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50 m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W planks of 40 mm thick and 1m width etc. complete using coir and nails. a) For a height of 16.65 mtr.

Dismantling the spalled / distressed RCC and loose particles from the existing concrete including roughening the surface after thorough cleaning, rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12 to 20mm metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Chipping and cleaning the existing damaged plastered surface from walls including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the wall surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Special ceiling plastering with C.M.1:3, 10 mm thick for RCC works including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, hacking the area, curing, etc. complete

Providing one coat of white wash with white cement to the newly plastered area including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing Micro concrete using Rendroc RG/ equivalent to the distressed/ spalled concrete pedestals by applying one coat of Nitozinc/ equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement, fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports which do not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete, mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm, applying one coat of polymer modified acrylic emulsion (Nitobond AR /equivalent) on the finished surface as a curing membrane, applying DEKGUARD / equivalent primer by spraying to the concrete surface, and applying Two caot of DEKGUARD/ EQUIVALENT top coat to the concrete surface by brush or roller (coating shoud be done continuously without any break), rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing tiles & weathering course including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Terrace flooring (weathering course) with one course of pressed tiles 200 x 200 x 20mm over CM 1:3, 20mm thick mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oiled mortar over a bed of 80mm thick concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slaked lime with required slope over RCC roof slab including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position of new anodized sliding aluminium windows of approval manufactures with aluminium 65 x 38 x 2.50 mm as main outer frame and inner frame with section 62 x 30 x 1.50 mm for top sides and bottom and shutter frame with section 39 x 19 x 1.50mm for vertical plain inter lock and bottom etc. including all fittings/ fixture confirming to relevant IS to ensure smooth operation and glazed with 6mm wired glass panels as two sliding windows type (i.e.,) Bottom portion 1.20 mtr height and top portion 0.60 mtr height, as per instruction of site engineer, rubber beading with standard hardware such as special wheel, Maruthi lock, 'U' Rubber lining etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Porcelain Urinal with all accessories such as 32mm dia Bell mouth, PVC connection, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm dia B class GI waste water pipe, 15mm dia nylon connection, 15mm dia brass nipple, etc. including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of Acrylic distemper of approved quality, brand & colour for old ceiling & inner wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (exterior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Painting the old iron works with two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of industrial quality Asian Paint or equivalent of approved colour with sand paper rate including cost of paint, brush, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Writing of letter painting in the cooling water pump house top at 16 mtr level with two coats of Enamel Paint for background and writing letters of size 50mcm bordering around including cost of paint, scaffolding arrangements labour for holding the hanging platform his changes for rope clearing the existing painted area wall surface thoroughly etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing in position of 160mm dia. PVC pipe of 4 Kg/cm2 pressure with PVC specials, clamps, bolts & nuts by replacing the existing damaged and broken cement rain water downfall pipes including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete (water line).
