Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4.00 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good incl finishing reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good incl finishing reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

Taking down of shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified.

S & F factory made pressed steel frames size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete as specified.

S & F factory made pressed steel frames size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete as specified.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling pressed steel frame complete as specified.

S&F mild steel angle iron work as in doors frames/cooler stand/holdfast, complete as specified.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs etc shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,with minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
