Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level. 1:1:5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (Non Modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in (1:4) mix including all carriage.

15 mm thick cement plaster in (1:4) mix cement mortor including carriage.

Applying a coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Applying a coat of 2 mm thick wall putty on plastered surface so as to five an even finish.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approvcd brand and manufacture on wall surface to give an even shade (two or more coats).

Pubble dash plaster upto 10 m height above ground level under layer 12 mm cement plaster (1:4) mix and top layer 10 mm plaster (1:3) mix with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.

P/F of woodwork of 1st class deodar in frames of doors, windows etc

P/F of 35 mm thick 2nd class deodar wooden shutters in doors, windows etc.

50 mm thick cement concrete flooring in (1:2:4) mix using 20 mm coarse aggregrate finished with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage.

Painting of new wooden surfaces with synthetic enamel paint of two or more coats of required colour and shade.

P/F in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size with top and bottom rail of T iron 40x40x6 mm dia, steel pullies complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement stoppers, handles including priming coat of approved steel primer.

Structural in single section fixed without connectiong plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Extra for brick work for above plinth level upto floor level V.

P/F of 5 mm thick glazed glass panes in wooden shutters in doors, windows including bedding, screw etc complete
