Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1( 90mm to 63mm ) (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course consisting of a layer of bitumen emulsion laid on the prepared surface, followed by a cover of crushed stone chippings of specified size and rolling with 80-100 kN roller including cleaning the road surface as per Technical Specification Clause 507. (i)Nominal chipping size 13.2mm

Providing and applying priming coat with Bitumen emulsion ( SS- 1 ) on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning og road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg /sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS- 1 ) uasing emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20-0.25 kg /sqm. on the prepaired bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refectorising glass beads @ 250 gms sqmt. Area thickness of 2.5 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I R C : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads & lifts

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying Plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 &1203 P.C.C. 1:3:6 grade M -10. including cost of form work, centering, shuttering etc.

Providing weepholes in brick masonary/ stone masonery plain / reinforced concrete abutment wing wall return wall with 100m m dia P V C pipe extendimg through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v) :20 (H ) towards drawing face complete as par drawing and technical specification clauses 614;709;1204 3.7
