Returning filling, in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size. laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

Supply and fixing of 12.5m high masts haft in two sections suitable for 55 m/sec wind speed, with raising lowering system comprising,head frame,luminarie scarriage suitable to install 08 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 5 mm diameter SS wire rope,trailing cable (1 set 4 core X 2.5 Sqmm EPR PCR round copper cable), Compensating Disc, L-Stopper-(3 Nos.), connector,integral power tool motor, manual operating handle, mounting plates, Lightening Arrestor and earthing spikes(MS /GI),MS GI Junction Box, junction box, lightening finial.

Supply and fix of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template as per manufacturers drawings.

Supply and fix of Integral LED floodlight with driver, high power LED,hihg efficient,IP 66, with housing die cast aluminium operating voltage 140-270 volts AC,50 HZ of capacity 200 Watts LED complete with nut,bolts and connection with suitable wires as direction of engg-in charge.

Supply and fix on high mast light Integral LED type single dome aviation obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclouser.

Supply and fix of out door stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A TPN MCCB incomer,single dial time switch, 45 A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with2 no 9A contactor sandraise lower push button , Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and Labour as per manufacture driwing.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

Supply, laying in trenches or fixed to poles or passing through pipes and testing cable XLPE Insualted screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size 16 Sqmm x4 core

M&L for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole 9 mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 31, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative green & white strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level, balance lenght to be painted with two coats of aluminium paint externally all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for pre cast cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED Flood light fitting 60 Watts, with surge protection 4 KV inbuilt in driver and minimum 10 KV separate and top opening, IP 66, having pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass ,individual LED lenses complete making connection with street light box or OH line using PVC insulated and overall sheathed twin core multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm and GI clamps with Bracket 25 mm 1.2 Mtr Long complete with nut, bolts suitable for fitting all as directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note:- (i) Driver should be potted antivibration Type,IP 66 and should be sustain 440 V for 2-4 Hrs. (ii) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours LED life from NABL Lab shall be provided. (iii) CRI Colour Rendring Index of fixture shall be grater than 70 ,(iv) CCT (colour correlated Temperature) of fixture shall be +/- 300 K. (v) system lumen efficency shall be 100 lm/Watt.(vi) 5 Year warrantee shall be provided by contractor supporting by OEM covering all part of lumineres.(vii) LED should be High Power SMD with individual Lenses.

Supply / installing testing & commissioning of street light Pol box of 63 A single phase two wire having two no.al bus bar including 6 A SP MCB -02 No . The Box should have auto door lock facility with magnetic lock having size 260X120X230mm.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB SPN 240 volts any rating from 6 to 32 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA `C' series including thimble for out going cables.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 2 core.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape ors size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of alumn paint.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 40mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed. (clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately)

Supply and Installation in replacement of cable junction box made of high quality DK thermoplastic of size 200 x 160 x 98 mm incl 04 number connection terminals suitable mounted on DIN Rail for aluminium cables upto 25 sqmm 4 core with one single pole MCB C curve type of current rating 6 Amps and repturing Capacity 10 KA -02 Nos complete with thermoplastic cable glands & fixed to Poles using pole clamps made out of appropriate material all as required at site and as directed including Inspection, site testing by manufacturer's complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing replacement of time switch for security light control box made up of 2mm thick steel sheet comprising of Microprocessor based digital Astronomical time switch 2 Moudle with operating voltage 230V-01 No, MCB TPN 40 Amp 10 KA C series - 02 No (One for incoming and one for outgoing) MCB SP 3 Amp - 01 No for time switch protection, contactor-63 Amp 3 Module having accessories pre wired and endosed in single cabinet. Street light panel mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. (Cables entries should be through prober cable).

Supply & laying in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, with alumn conductor of any size 25 Sqmm x 3.5 core, including taking down old.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 50mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed. (including taking down old) (clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately)
