Excavation for trench of roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres.as per clause 301(3.1)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of earthen soulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of earthen soulder,s deposited from roadway (Compaction only) as MORT& H 305

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mcacdam specified including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.as per MORT&H 406

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder@ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

CONSTRUCTION OF CULVERT AND DRAIN Excavation in foundation in in black cotton soil requring the use of special tools and plant such as pickaxes / sabbals etc. including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m (100 ft) and including filling. Watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer– in–charge up to distance of 30.00 m (100 ft) from the foundation trenches as per MORT&H 301

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1/2") gauge approved granit stone ballast, aproved coarse sand, cement in the proprtion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.275

Class- 150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarsesand of 2.8 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and ltools and p;ants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 305(b)

R.C.C. work cement approved coarse sand, and 2 Cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforeement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neaessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost for As per SI No. 283

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete / brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary I/C bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, it's wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured as per SI No. 504(b)

Struck pointing with but with cement mortar consisting of one part cement & two parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P ect. Required for proper completion of the work. As per SI No. 574

Supply and fixing of Pavement Maker (Cat Eye) type X - ASTMD-4956-04 Avery denision/3-M (USA make) consisting of ASA Plastic housing fitted with tightyly adherent ploting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic to Glass covered prismatic reflecting face to reflect incident light /C al taxes. as per MORTH & 804 (8.35)

Supply and errection of builtup Overhead structure 10- 12 Metre span comprising of two vertical post of 6 mtr height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & bottom for bearing of horizental frame comprising of 40 mm NB made hevy class main pipe as of 25 mm medium class NB pipe bracing as per approved design drwaing with one coat of steel primer and two coat sinthethic enamel paint complete the work includes construction of RCC foundation of size 0.75 X0.75 X 1.20 mtr. deep for builtup overhead structure including E/w in exvation 10 mm thick lean concreat in 1:4:8 & R.C.C. with 1:2:4 cement , Coarse sand , 20 mm stone grit . including supply grouting of 25mm dia foundation bolt (600 mm long) as provision for structure including cost of reinforcement and suttering etc. complete as per MORT&H 802

Providing and Fixing of reflective signs with corrosion resistent 4 mm thick aluminium composit pannal as per IRC 67-2010 rectro reflective sheeting with M.S. angle frame 35 X 3 board etc as per MORT&H 801

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150X75X5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/ road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS :1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 15X75X5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810

Providing and laying of KM Stone of standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting of KM stone with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of KM Stone, transpotation to site and all materials, labour T&P etc. required proper complete of work.

Providing and laying of Hecto Meter Stone of standard design as per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting of Hecto Meter Stone stone with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of Hecto Meter Stone Stone, transpotation to site and all materials, labour T&P etc. required proper complete of work.

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board of MS Plates of 1.6mm thick size 1200 x 900 duly welded on angle iron frame 45x45x5 with cross legged flat iron of 35x6mm duly welded for gross support of vertical angle iron post of 3 meter height. Lower end of vertical support will be welded to 2 No 75x75mm of 12 SWG sheet duly embedded in cement concrete in M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600mm, 600 below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides, Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and plates will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as er drawing clause-1701 and Annexure 1700.1
