SPL REPAIR OF BLDG NO P-182, T-97, T -98, T-99, T-100, T-101, T-102 AT 11 ARMD REGT AND OTHER SANCTIONED WORK AT NAMS

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtrs mean radius, including dismantling of old bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete walls incl racking out joints etc,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris upto a distance n exc. 500 mtrs where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work, kerb stone and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall of newly plasterd surfaces of walls, pillars cornces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts, vertical/horizontal bar, chin up bar and similar works including special shaped washers, chequered plate etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including dismantling of old mild steel of any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 7.00 here-in –before but except mild steel.

S&F for Pre- painted galvaume aluminum zinc coating GI based manglore/trapezoidal/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding, fixed with self tapping screws as incl dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting in roof covering all as specified and directed by EIC. Note- Design/Pattern/colour of roofing sheet sheet to decided and approved by EIC/GE.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ ridge hipe valley to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
