Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC(Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approvedbrand and manufacturer including applying additional coats whereverrequired to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) (note: Supply of the material shall be with G.S.T. paid invoice in original.)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paintand the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfacesmooth including ecessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(excluding the cost of white cement based putty) (note: Supply of the material shall be with G.S.T. paid invoice in original.)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOCcontent less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of requiredshade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) (note: Supply of the material shall be with G.S.T. paid invoice in original.)

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats) (note: Supply of the material shall be with G.S.T. paid invoice in original.)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat).
