Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins , pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc. including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, leveling/ grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type A-1 for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type A-1 for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in pillars, steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required incl. cranking hooking ends and binding with and incl. MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel TMT bars but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Chain link fencing confirming to Fe 410-w (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed concrete, brick, masonry work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil each n. exc. 0.5 cum getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance N.exc 50 m and making good surface .

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm dia confirming to as per IS-2721-1979.wiremesh of size 100 x100 mm.(weight exc 2.5kg/sqm) incl line wires, any mesh, and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. incl provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge.

S&F 10mm dia of shank Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n. exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Chain link fencing confirming to Fe 410-w (Gde E-250) complete.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described n.exc10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F Framed/ Unframed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, also small article for old gates etc. complete, all small articles including drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS sheets1.25mm plain black sheet cut to size, holes punched including rounded headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or as in covering to door shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster on brick walls incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade of approved quality, laid over and include 50mm thick sand cushion vibrated with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness,M- 40 Grade of approved quality, laid over and include 50mm thick sand cushion vibrated with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection finished fair even laid in alternate bays n.exc 2m in length all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, fillings, mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in band, beam, benching of drain, man hole, coping, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Barbed wire fencing or any type and size

S&F Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for Framed brackets of Tubular sections, angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sign boards of any type and any size complete in all respects specification complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for ACP background sheet for thickness (3mm to 4mm ) and fixed in angle and other section frame in any position specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The design of each board, size, shape, colour, thickness shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Using of T&P etc. to be included in this item. (iii) Frame work and paint work shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for Plastic letter /logo with led light (Height Min 10'') complete all as specified and as directed Note: The design of letter, colour and size shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge (The letter are fixed in ACP sheet sign board with using of adhesive paste/ screw and bolt properly in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The design of letter, colour, thickness and size shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Using of T&P etc. to be included in this item.

S&F for stainless steel letter (3 dimension) mirror finish for outdoor (height min 10") and width of letter is ( 3" to 12" as per reqd) . The letter are fixed in ACP sheet sign board with using of adhesive paste/ screw and bolt properly in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The design of letter,colour, thickness and size shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Using of T&P etc. to be included in this item.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified

S&F of Solid FRP man hole cover of size 76cmx76cm with handle weight not less than 20kg fitted to manhole any type complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Fluton polymers/Sigma or as equivalent brand all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down & stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, in any colour complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and providing two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Erection of framed work for Sign board using stainless steel Gde 304 tubular section (round/square) size 25 mm to 120 mm with all fittings like bend, tee etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: The design of each sign board frame / stand shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Retro Reflective sign board made up 1.2 mm thick stainless steel sheet of which both faces shall be fully covered with High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Retro Reflective sheeting of approved specification as per MORTH having approved message (Matter and Base) fully processed by pressure sensitive equipment of approved brand (Avery Dennison / 3M ) fixed on stainless steel frame made up of SS as described in item no 45.00 complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
