Fabrication and installation of carbon Steel (IS 2062 E250 Gr. BR ) for structural support of furnace assembly system using various structural members in area 12, 13, 14 & associated areas as per tender specifications. This includes the cutting, cleaning, handling, welding & D.P of weld joints (All the installation work will be carried out in the radioactive potential area of having the background upto 05 mR/hr.)

Supply of SS 304L cladding material using 1.6mm thick plate to MS structural support members.

Fabrication & installation of SS cladding using 1.6mm thick plate to MS structural support members. This includes the handling, cutting, cleaning, welding and D.P test of all weld joints as per mentioned in the tender specifications. (All the installation work will be carried out in the radioactive potential area of having the background upto 05 mR/hr.)

Fabrication & installation of stainless steel equipemnts and support structure using the various size of SS 304 L plates as per tender specification. This includes the Rolling, bending, cutting, machining, local passivation of weld joints as per approved procedure and radiographic quality butt welding. The Free Issue Material (FIM) plate will be provided by the department. (All the installation work will be carried out in the radioactive potential area of having the background upto 05 mR/hr.)

Supply of SS 304L Button type Quick coupling connector of size 1⁄2 " (half inch) and 1" (one inch) with plug and socket combination as per tender specifications. (Equivalent make: Staubli)

Supply of SS 304L Externally Braided Metallic Hose of 2m in length with welded adaptor on both ends. The welded adaptor having NPT female thread of size 1⁄2 " and 1" as per tender specifications.

Design, preparation of drawings, approval of drawings, procurement of brought out items, fabrication, machining, testing, packing and transportation of four stage telescopic lead screw drive system at WIP, BARC, Trombay as per tender specification

Supply,fabrication and installation of SS structure using the 40NB Sch40 SS pipe as per tender specification.This includes cutting, bending, machining, local passivation of weld joints, welding as per approved procedure The Free Issue Material (FIM) Pipe will be provided by the department.

Radiographic quality butt welding of stainless steel pipes & pipe fittings of different size (from 8mm NB to 150mm NB) by GTAW process using high purity Argon gas (99.995% min) for shielding & back purging, Liquid Penetrant Examination for root & final weld, Fabrication of SS pipe bends with 5D and more radius using pipe bending machine, local passivation of the weld joints as per approved procedure and technical specifications.(All the installation work will be carried out in the radioactive potential area of having the background upto 05 mR/hr.)

GTAW fillet Welding for all stainless steel pipelines using high purity Argon gas (99.995% min) for shielding & back purging where Liquid Penetrant Examination for root & final weld and final approval of these welds after pressure testing shall be carried out as per tender technical specification.

Radiography of Butt Welding as per relevant standards and attached tender technical specifications.

Erection and commissioning of SS304L Piping in sizes from 8 mm NB to 150 mm NB [Job involves identification of piping spool/ nozzles of equipment, taking site measurements, incorporating the required changes in GA drawings, preparation & approval of pipe spool drawings, identification of all materials, taking delivery of the same from departmental stores, complete handling, transportation, detergent washing, pickling & passivation, rinsing, marking, cutting of pipes and edge preparation, fit-up, tack welding, alignment, line tagging, complete erection, preparation of as built drawings etc. and readying the same for GTAW welding as per approved spool drawings]. Pressure testing of all pipe lines & Embedded plugs during commissioning shall also be in the scope of the supplier.The Free Issue Material (FIM) pipes will be provided by the department.

Fabrication,and installation of SS304L pipe support using raw materials in form of plates by deploying GTAW and using SS304L material in thickness 3 mm to 10 mm as per tender technical specification where it also covers shearing, cutting, fixing, welding, tacking, dimensional checking etc. of all such supports to the existing EPs or other structural members including RCC walls. The Free Issue Material (FIM) plates will be provided by the department.
