SUPPLY INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF GRP LIGHTING POLE FOR AUDITORIUM CAR PARKING AREA AT TIFR COLABA MUMBAI

Supply of 4.5 meter length GRP Pole as Specified in specification part of Tender.

Supplying of DWC pipe of size 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) Conforming to IS 14930, Part II as Specified in specification part of Tender.

Embedding of above pipe mentioned in Sr. No. 2 along with all accessories like Socket, bend, coupler etc. complete with Fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in pole Foundation (during casting) for cable Entry as required and directed.

Erection of above 4.5 Meter Length GRP Pole complete including cement concrete Foundation as specified in drawing and as directed, required size nut, bolt, washer and necessary hardware of Stainless Steel (304) material as specified and directed.

Demolishing of existing R.C.C. work by Mechanical means (Drill / Pneumatic Hammer/ chisel) including cutting reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material to BMC approved yard.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone) and disposal of unserviceable material to BMC approved yard.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required and directed. Disposal of unserviceable material to BMC approved yard.

Excavation of soil for cable rout in soft soil, Depth up to 750 mm, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling, watering and compacting with sand and soil after laying of cable/pipe etc. layer of Brick shall be laid to cover cable as specified and directed. Disposal of surplus excavated soil and unserviceable material to BMC approved yard.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Post Top LED light fixture on pole as specified in Specification and directed. (LED Light Fixture will be provided by TIFR.

Supply of G.I. pipe (C-Class) of size: Nominal Bore Size 100 mm, Thickness – 5.4 mm as per IS 1239 in ground complete with G.I. fittings etc. as required and directed.

Laying and fixing of above G.I. pipe in ground complete with G.I. fittings etc. as required and directed.

Laying and fixing of DWC pipe size 90 mm dia in ground/wall complete with fittings etc. as required and directed

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured copper Conductor cable , 1.1 KV grade of following size as specified in specification part of Tender.

Supply of Earth wire bare copper Conductor of size 16 SWG.

Laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured copper Conductor cable Mentioned in Sr. No. 13 along with Bare Copper Wire (Earth wire) mentioned in Sr. No. 14 in the Trench / Pipe /pole /wall /Ceiling / existing excavated cable route in soil / as required and directed.)

Supplying and making end termination with brass nickel plated Heavy Duty gland and Heavy Duty copper lugs for following size armoured cable along with earthing copper wire termination as Required and directed.
