Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of online, double conversion IGBT based technology UPS of capacity 60 KVA with 3 phase AC input 300 to 450V and 3 phase AC output 415 ± 1%, 50 Hz, pure sine wave with inbuilt isolation transformer along with suitable number of SMF batteries as per OEM recommendation for minimum 30 mins back up, the AH capacity of each battery shall not be less than 130 AH complete all as specified and as directed. Make: KRYKARD/ Microtek/ Luminous Note: (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of Batteries, inter connecting copper cables along with copper lugs for batteries. (ii) Manufacturer type test certificates/ test reports for equipments shall be submitted by contractor before claiming payment. (iii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of service visit once in three months during defect liability period. Contractor shall submit undertaking on Rs 100 non-judicial stamp paper. (iv) The contractor shall submit technical specification & GA drawings for approval of GE before placing order. (v) The testing of UPS shall be carried out by rep nominated by Accepting Officer. (vi) Battery rack/ structural steel shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

M&L for sub main wiring with 4 runs of 25 Sqmm single core, PVC insulated, PVC innersheathed, unarmoured 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, copper conductor cables (FRLSH quality) drawn through PVC casing capping/ conduit/ flexible pipe as per site site requirement with fitting/accessories, fixed on, walls, ceiling etc. as required including 25 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor, single core cable as earth continuity wire complete as specified and directed. (i) Four runs of cables, one run of earth wire and one run of rigid PVC conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary copper lugs for termination of cable.

Supply and fixing 6 way vertical type of MCCB TPN DB, double door, IP-43, IK-09, suitable for flush mounting type, powder painted with suitable capacity copper bus bar for each phase, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,415 Volts complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix MCCB 125 Amps, TPN/4 pole, 415 volt, breaking capacity 16 KA Thermal magnetic type, suitable for fixing in VTPN DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(i) MCCB should be Ics = 100 % Icu (ii) MCCB should be adjustable O/L (0.8-1)In and S/C - (5-10)ln

Supply & fixing MCB TP 415 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 25 to 63 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with, 2 pole DC MCCB of rating 320 Amps, thermal magnetic type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub-main wiring with 10 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC unsheathed multi strandard copper conductor PVC insulated 1100 volt grade 4 runs of single core cable drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade minimum 25 mm size / casing capping as per site requirement and its accessories complete along with one single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 10 Sqmm as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly completely concealed in walls/ceiling/roofs all as directed and specified. Note : Five runs of PVC copper cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one RM.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC innersheathed, unarmoured, 25 Sqmm single core multistrand 1100 volts grade copper conductor (FRLSH quality) cable drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade minimum 20 mm size and its accessories for fixing on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE Insulated, 35 Sqmm single core, PVC Innersheathed, Unarmoured, multistrand 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade minimum 25 mm size and its accessories for fixing on wall complete all as specified and as directed.
