Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span, bed blocks, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Mild steel works in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) in-cluding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Framed mild steel work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wirecomplete all as specified.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing complete all as specified.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed, IN REPAIR (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel & iron surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Factory made pre-cast PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate kerb stone of size & shape as directed including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating and laid & jointed in position with cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

75 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

Factory made, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, with grey cement & pigment, laid dry in paths/roads over and including 25 mm consolidated thickness dry fine sand, complete all as specified.

Factory made, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) of 80 mm thick, M-40 grade, with grey cement & pigment, laid dry in paths/roads over and including 25 mm consolidated thickness dry fine sand, complete all as specified.

Factory made PCC chequered tiles, ISI(IS:13801) marked, with grey cement & pigment, 22-25 mm thick, of size 250 mm x 250 mm, in floors, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry complete, all as specified.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.
