All exterior signs should be manufatured considering harsh outdoor conditions,high wind speed ( Suitable for Kolhapur Weather conditions and foundation design as per IS 875 part III) weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used.> Sign face: Providing and fixing sign face panels 3mm thick Aluminium sheet fabrication, Aluminium sheet fixed to horizontal structural truss. The post shall be closed with a 6 mm thick MS plate and parts kept unpainted to weld the sign structure as per the drawing to ensure a rigid connection at site. Emergency Signs - Assembly Point Signs Refer design drawing 2.6C 1. Sign face :All signs are screen printed using artworks provided and with photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications. Screen printing shall be done on self adhesive vinyl and pasted on 2mm thick powdercoated white aluminium plate and fixed at location using crews. 2. Sign structure : Internal MS structure receiving the signs faces using equal angles, hot-dipped galvanised and welded to the sign post 3.
