Package No OR-20-592 (L022-PWD Road to Temporary Colony) under PMGSY-IV Batch-I in the district of Malkangiri

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing structures, like culverts bridges, retaining walls and other structures compreising of stone masonry, including unserviceable materials and stacking the serivceable matering with all lift and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clauses 202 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.R.R. stone masonary in cement mortar

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Cement Concrete

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lift up to 1.5 m transporting to sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Clause 301.5 of MoRD specification for rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Construction of granular sub-base Gr-III by providing well graded material, spereading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification clause 401 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Rivision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg /sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
