POINT CUM CIRCUIT WIRING

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in 25mm dia, 2mmthick surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch modular plate suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc.as required. In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

Group C

Wiring for light/power plug points with 2 x 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated, Cu. Conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class 25mm dia, 2mm thick PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class 25/32/40mm dia, 2mm thick PVC conduit as required.In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

2x 2.5 sqmm+ 1x 2.5 sqmm earth wire.

4x 6 sqmm+ 2x 4 sqmm earth wire.

4x 16 sqmm+ 2x 6 sqmm earth wire.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providng and fixing 2 Nos. 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 2 Nos. 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 Amp modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamp shall be made of 12 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing

DISTRIBUTION BOARD

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, onsurface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying & fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating 240/415 volts C curve Miniature Circuit Breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following rating four pole 415 V, MCB TPN in the existing MCB DB complete with connections ,testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A, “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing of UTP 4 pair CAT 6 LAN Cable in the existing surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required. (1 run of cable).

Supplying and fixing of following size/ modules, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. 1or 2 module (75mmx 75mm).

Supply, fixing, testing & commisssioning of Modular RJ-45 with data outlet socket with grid & cover plate in suitable size of 16 SWG GI box. - • Category 6, TIA/EIA-568-C.2

TELEPHONES NETWORKING SYSTEM

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 25mm dia, 2mm thick ISI Mark.

Supplying and drawing following pair 0.5 mm dia FRLS PVC insulated annealed copper conductor, unarmored telephone cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 2 Pair.

Supplying and fixing RJ-11 modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of following size/ modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switch/ regulator in recess, including connection as required. 1or 2 module (75mmx 75mm)

EARTHING SYSTEM

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, including earth execavation and refilling and making good the same etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.(For Body earthing of euipments )

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

LT CABLES & CABLE TRAYS

Supply and laying on cable Tray/clamped to wall with suitable clamps saddles and fixing bolts/ in ground including the cost of digging and back filling with sand and brick protection as required and including testing and commissioning of the following sizes of 1.1KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-I). The costs shall include for all cables to be provided with a 1D gap and shall be properly clamped with cable clamps and ties. Identification tags shall be provided for all cables and route markers for cables in ground as per specifications and as per instructions of Engineer- in-charge.3.5 core, 50 mm2 Armoured XLPE Aluminum cable.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

LT PANNEL

Design, fabrication, Assembling of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Main Panel of cubical main type panel board from high quality 14 SWG 2mm wall thickness CRCA sheet angle/flat iron mounted with hinged lockable front double door for each meter compartment to accomadate with fixing arrangement of energy meter,MCCB,MCB's ,along with bus bar ways in separate compartments painted with powder coated conforming to CPWD specification IP-55 .The LT Distribution panel must be free standing ,floor mounting and front execution type suitable for 415 V +/- 3% , 3 phase and neutral ,50 Hz system conforming I.E rules with necessary provision to connect cables of various sizes from the rear bottom side., 50 Hz, 4 wire power supply system.The assembly comprising of chassis ,famework, and fixed parts of metal casing of the switchgear shallbe provided with separte earthing terminal.The formation must be compartmentalised in form 3b construction and must be supplied and installed.

Supplying and fixing of LT Panel accessories of approved make in existing LT Panel including connections etc.as required as per spececification
