Sch 'A' Part-I (Steel Furniture) Supply of Almirah med steel with shelves (FD-1032) Overall size 760mm Long, 440mm Wide & 1270mm High. Shall be manufactured out of MS plain sheet 1 mm thick shall be used through out. A steel chromium plated handle of 100mm long of approved quality shall be provided to the shutter & 3 way locking device with Harrison/Godrej brass lock 4 levers 75mm size in side with duplicate key shall be fixed as per trade pattern. 25x3 mm slotted MS flush 04 Nos shall be welded to the corner of the Almirah for fixing shelves, shelves shall be fixed with clips of approved size. Finish: Painting shall be done with spray machine with two coats of synthetic enamel paint colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surfaces as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Bed hard (FD/E6/MAP/08R): Frame shall be made of square/rectangular MS pipe 18 guage thick of sizes as shown. Top shall be provided with 12mm thick commercial plywood Unpolished Make: Archidply, Kit ply or Century supported on 04 Nos 25mmx25mm square MS pipe 18 guage. Head board and foot board shall be of 18mm thick both face prelaminated particle board exterior grade duly screwed to the MS strip are welded to the MS pipe. Finish: All steel members/surfaces shall be powder coated in approved colour & shade as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Chair Verandah (FD/MAP-II/05) Chair verandah shall be manufactured as per details shown on drawing. Frame shall be made out of 19mm dia MS tube 1.6mm thick, bend to shape as per drawing. PVC seat and back of 4mm thick and weighing not less than 1.85Kg of approved Amko or Hormony make with 10 No grooves of size 90x10mm shall be provided. 4 nos hard rubber /PVC shoes shall be provided to the bottom of legs. The welding joints shall be smooth before application of primer. Finish: All steel members surfaces shall be powder coated in approved white colour & shade as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Charpoy IP folding with Hardtop (FD-388R) Steel frame shall be of 25mm MS tube 1.6m wall thickness used through out. Top shall be provided with 8mm thick plywood commercial BWP Grade. Finish: All steel members surfaces shall be powder coated in approved colour & shade as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Charpoy IP with hardtop (FD/MAP-II/01): Overall size 1980mm Long, 900mm Wide & 440mm High. Square MS pipe of 32x32mm 1.6mm thick shall be used for legs and rectangular MS pipe of 65x25mm 1.6mm thick shall be used for long and short rails shall be used. Stiffeners shall be of 25x25mm square pipe 1.6mm thick. MS plate of 32x32x5mm shall be welded at bottom of each leg under which 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesive. Top shall be provided with 12mm thick commercial plywood Unpolished Make: Kit ply/Century/Archidply. Finish: All steel members surfaces shall be powder coated in approved colour & shade as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Rack Shoe Steel (FD/E6/MAP/2R): Over all size shall be 880H x 700L x 300W mm. 25mm dia MS pipe 18 guage for frame of the shoe rack. The frame work of Jali shall be 19mm dia MS Pipe 18 Guage as per drg. 3mm dia MS rod 09 Nos in length and 03 Nos in width shall be provided. Finish: All frame work shall be powder coated in approved black colour and shade as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Chair school with hand board (FD/E6/MAP/05) Steel frame shall be provided with 25mm th MS tube of 1.6mm thickness. 18mm thick prelaminated particle board top on RHS openable with PVC edging screwed to 25mm dia hollow steel pipe inserted in 20mm dia MS rod welded to frame. Finish: All steel members surfaces shall be powder coated in approved colour & shade as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Table Office with Steel 1200x760x760mm (FD-1010). Supply of table office steel of over all size 1200x760x760mm steel frame of 25 mm MS square pipe 1.6mm wall thickness. Top shall be of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade in one side teak face. PVC beading shall be provided all around the top. Hard rubber shoe shall be provided a bottom of legs. Rest all as shown in drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. Finish : Steel frame shall be painted with two coats of gray synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide.

Supply of Chair writing MAP (FD/E6/MAP/12R) : Supply of chair writing with frame cantiliver type powder coated MS tubular frame made out of 25mmx100mm sec. Polyurethane foam shall be 50mm. Rubber stopper shall be provide bottom of chair. Rest all as shown in drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. Finish : Steel frame shall be powder coated.

Supply of Table steel 900x600x760mm with drawer (FD-1008) Supply of table steel with drawer of over all size 900x600x760mm. Steel frame shall be of 25mm MS square pipe 1.6mm wall thickness. Top shall be of 18 mm thick per laminated partcle board exterior grade in one side teak face. PVC beading shall be provided all around the top. MS steet 1 mm thick shall be used for drawer. Brass lock (Harrison) shall be provided to drawers. Hard rubber shoes shall be provided at bottom of legs. Rest all as shown in drg. Finish : Steel frame shall be painted with two coat of Gray synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply of Locker steel 6 unit (FD-127) : Supply of locker steel 06 unit Top, bottom, sides, back and doors shutters of the locker shall be made of 1 mm thick MS sheet. 06 Nos locker of equal size shall be provided with brass lock (Harrison) 8 leavers. Rest all as shown in drg. Finish : Steel frame shall be painted with two coat of grey synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide.

Supply of Table bed side (FD/E6/MAP/15R): Over all size shall be 650H x 450L x 450W mm. Frame shall be of 18mm MS square pipe18 Guage. Table bed side shall be provided with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edging alround the frame. Drawers with telescopic channels shall be provided as per drawing. Finish: All frame work shall be powder coated in approved black colour and shade as directed. Rest all as shown in drg and specified by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Almirah Med Steel (FD-10320): 'Almirah Med steel with shelf : MS plain sheet 1mm thick shall be used through out. A steel chromium plated handle of approved quality shall be provided to the shutter & 3 way locking device lock approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge in side duplicate key shall be fixed as per trade pattern. 25/3mm slotted MS flush 04 Nos shall be welded to hte corner of the Almirah for fixing shelves, shelves shall be fixed with clips of approved size. Finish : Two coats of synthetic enamel paint oilve green paint over a coat of red oxide primer shall be provided.
