Supply, Erection,testing and handing over of 8m Free Standing, Double Arm Bracket, 8 sided Octogonally continously tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 12mm as per IS-875 with following specification. Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3 mm Bracket-50 mm OD, 3 mm thickness. Suitable terminal box arrangements with 1 No 4 way terminal block, 1 No SP MCB on Hylem sheet, suitable size door with Locking arrangements at the bottom at appropriate height for maintenance as per site conditions.The pole should be Hot-dip Galvanized conforming to BESN ISO-1461 with thickness of 65 Micron.The octagonal pole shall be erected firmly on the bridge barrier side concrete with MS plates

specially designed for withstanding the Octagonal pole and the wind velocities as per IS standards with 4 No of 475 mm(long)x 25 mm (dia) "I" type MS rigid bolts EN 8 Grade through the width of the crash barrier wall and bolted firmly at both ends threaded with MS rigid supporting plates(on both Inside and Outside of the bridge Wall)with nuts,washers,etc., including provision of required steel core cutting hole and finishing the wall,etc., complete.The dimensions of the supporting MS plates of EN 8 Grade are as follows: (A) Inside bridge barrier wall MS rigid pipe:375mm(length) x 450mm(height)x25 mm(thickness) (B)Outside bridge barrier wall MS rigid pipe:Inverted "L" shaped MS rigid pipe with MS Triangular supporting angle plates on both sides (i)Inverted "L" shaped structure:Bedplate:375mm(length)x375 mm(width)x25mm(thickness)Side plate:375mm(length)x450mm(height)x25mm(thickness) ii) Triangular supporting angle plate: 375mm (base) x 450mm (height) x 25mm (thickness)

The plates shall be painted with 2 coats of red oxide and 2 coats of anti corrosive paint.Supply and fixing of 1 No of 150W LED Street light fitting having inbuilt tilting angle arrangements and 1 No 120W LED street light fitting with excellent thermal managemnet ability, made of Aluminium die-cast housing and secondary lenses with IP 66 Protection and 10kV/10 kA SPD with 2.5 sq.mm 3 core copper cable from terminal box to the fitting with all the connections complete and testing and commissioning as directed by the departmental officers. Job inclusive of numbering of street light poles with suitable size black colour background painting with white colour number marking at front side at 3m height and 2" x 2" red colour self adhesive reflector to be affixed on both sides of the pole at 2m height from the road level. The contractor shall have to ensure the maintenance and on-site warranty in the event of faults for a period of one year from the date of handing over the entire work.

Design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning and handing over of16mtrs High Mast Structure with required number of continuously tapered hot dip galvanized steel polygonal sides sections with telescopic strip joints to a total height of 16 meters capable of sustaining the maximum wind pressure at the erection site with single flange base plate secured welded in the bottom of the base mast section with vertically movable hot dip galvanized lantern carriage and accessories such as electrical junction box brackets for providing 6 Nos. of 150W LED Fitting luminaries with control gear box complete head frame assembly, Pulley drive, stainless steel wire rope single/double drum self-lubricating winch arrangement suitable for raising and lowering the luminaries carriage ring flexible multi core power cable and necessary high tensile hot dipped galvanized foundation, bolt & nuts along with washers and anchor plates and templates including supply and fixing the following accessories in the Mast.

Design fabrication, supply and erection of dust, vermin and weather proof pedestal type cubicle panel board of size 3' x 21/2' x 11/4' with 2 compartments made up of 16 SWG MS sheet steel with double door (hinged type) and pad locking arrangements complete set with neat finish and with both side slanting roof top arrangements, painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of powder coating (siemens grey) finish and the panel shall be erected on suitable concrete pedestal with a height of 3 feet from the ground level with necessary masonry works, fixing of necessary bolts and nuts,

MS base channel, etc., complete to house the following:Supply and fixing of TNEB Meter Board suitable for 3 Phases 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1 1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylum sheet of size 2 feet x 1/2 feet of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 Nos 63A fuse units (500V) 1 No. Neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1" x 1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 7/16 PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete and supply and fixing of 63A TPN MC switch .3 Nos RYB indicator with enclosure with earth connection complete.

Supply and fixing of 3Nos 63A aerial fuse unit (500V) on suitable MS sheet covered with 6mm thick hylem sheet on suitable angle iron frame work the tapping pole with necessary clamps n.
