Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit

Dismantling stay assembly complete (Note: Demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured shall be measured and paid separately separately.)

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size, transporting to store and stacking or for schedule of credit

Taking down existing street light fittings/ flood light fittings/ security light fittings of any capacity, type at any height from roof/wall/ PCC pole/ steel pole/ high mast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable service connection cable of rated voltage 1100 V, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor upto any size and upto 4 core, any type from trenches/ ducts/pole/wall including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit or for relaying complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down any bore of steel tubing and connections in cable protection, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable street light bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out street light timer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out street light control box complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992 for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 50 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade, 1.2 metre long bent to shape with MS flat iron clamps made out of 40 mm X 6 mm thick mild steel nuts, bolts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge including taking down old unserviceable.

Notes: (1) Street light luminaries will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing. (2) PVC sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be measured and paid separately.
