CIVIL WORK

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M.sand in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick

Cement Concrete 1:4:8(one cement,foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3(One Cement, one and half Sand and three Aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works In foundation and basement

In Ground floor upto 4.50M height.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height Column footing, plinth beam, top tie beam.

Column and sunshade

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works

Brick Work in cement mortar 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality stock bricks of size 9”X4 3/8”X2 3/4” In foundation and basement.

In ground floor upto 4.50M height above basement

Plastering the with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc.,

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat

Painting new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position Steel window of the following types outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections confirming to IS.7452/1990 t of ‘Z’ Section (F.7D) of size 33mmx25mmx3mm

Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with double shutters using M.S.angle of size 40x40x6mm for outer frames and 35x35x5mm for shutter frames, with bottom 1/3rd M.S Sheets

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of steel truss using M.S angles including cost of angle, conveyance charges, fabrication charges for making the truss

Supplying and roofing with ASBESTOS CEMENT CORRUGATED SHEETS including fixing of ridges
