SITC of type Concealed /Ductable split AC machines (a set of full metal body indoor and outdoor unit) having Cooling Capacity not less then 7.0KW for 2.0TR, with veriable speed rotary/scroll compressor, refrigerant gas R32/R410 or better, both condenser and Cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chord with plug top confirming to IS 1391 (Part-l & Part-) with all amendments. (Make - Mitsubishi Electric/ Daikin/O-General/Hitachi /Voltas/Blue Star)

Supply & Laying of Refrigerant Copper pipe of following diameter for connecting of Indoor to Outdoor unit, along with drip resistant nitrile rubber insulation with double insulating wrapping tape to avoid dripping of condensate water:- (Make: Royku/Rajco/Totaline/Mandeep)

Discharge Line 9.5mm dia, min. thickness 0.8mm with 9mm thick nitrile insulation.

Suction Line 19.05mm dia, min. thickness 0.99mm with 9mm thick nitrile insulation.

Supply and laying of PVC drain pipe. (Make: Supreme/ finolex/Approved make)

S & Laying of PVC hard pipes of 25mm sizes incl. insulation, fitting, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tapings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors. (Make: Supreme/ finolex/Approved make)

Supply & Laying of 4 Core 1.5 sq.mm.unarmoured Cu control cable. 1.1 KV Gr. PVC/XLPE insulated Control cable incl.laying on wall surface by suitable clamping arrangement, proper glanding & finishing the cable ends with solderless sockets for following cables. (Make: RR Kabel /Gloster/ Polycab/Havells)

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top (Make- North-West/Crabtree/Legrand) with indicator & necy.Connections.

Fabrication of suitable M.S. (Make: TATA/ Jindal/Sale) Structure by 2 nos of [(35x35x6mm)x4ft.] MS angle iron, angular supported by 02 nos [(35x35x6mm)x3ft.] and 01 no 35x6mmx4ft M.S flat for horizontal support with respect floor and both side welded for installation of 1 nos outdoor unit & fixed it in outside of concrete wall by cutting hole and grouted 03 nos MS angle & necessary scaffolding arrangement as per direction of EIC & painting the fabrication work with one coat of RO primer & 2 coat of oil paint(Make: Berger/Asianpaints/Approved make).

Dismantling of existing window type air conditioning machine carefully and submit the same at sectional store. After dismantling the existing window AC, the cutting portion of the window to be covered by suitable size aluminium channel with ACP board (Approved make) with necessary arrangement to prevent air, water leakage as per direction of EIC.
