Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width , camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his on cost in all cases. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete grade M-10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6(One cement:three sand:six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement: four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm(twenty five milliemtre)nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement :six sand: twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonary work in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704,1202 & 1204 Random Rubble Masonary (2nd sort) in Cement mortar 1:6(one cement:six sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall and retaining wall with granular material complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 (One thousand Two hundred four point Three point eight) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructionn of dry rubble masonary for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub-structure and super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clauses 702,704,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 (None pressure Two) 900mm (nine hundred milimetre) dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2(One cement:two sand) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1108 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm(Three hundred milimetre) below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.I and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per technical specification Clause 303.5.2. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub-graded by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) completed as per HP PWD Specifications including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per HP PWD Specifications 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means stone aggregates of specific sizes 90mm to 40mm (ninety millimetre to forty milimetre) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1(One) as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm(Sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetres) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (Two) as per MORD Technical specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm(Fifty three millimetre to Twenty Two point four millimetre) to water bound macadem specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN(Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetres) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (Three) as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.20 Kg./Sqm.(Zero Point Ninety-One PointTwenty KilogramePer Square Meter) by Manual means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275Kg per (Zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and clean with Hydraulic broom as per MORD technical Specfication Clause 503 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling by mechanical means of open graded premix carpet 20mm(twenty millimetres) compacted thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point two millimetres to Five point six millimetres) crushed stone aggregate at the rate 0.27 cum (Zero point two seven) Cubic metre mixed with 14.6 Kg. (Fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 sqm (Ten square metre) penetration grade bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable hot mix plant 30/40 (thirty/forty) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (Eighty to one hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed seal coat of Type-B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 (Five hundred Eight) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying by mechanical means Type-B seat coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 6.8 Kg. (Six point eight kilogramme) penetration grade bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) mixed with 0.06 cum (zero point zero six) cubic metre crushed sand 2.36mm to 180 micron(Two point thirty six millimetre to one hundred eighty ) per 10 (Ten) square meter premixed in a suitable hot mix plant 30/40 (Thirty forty) tonne per hour capacity transporting and rolling complete with a three wheel 80-100 kN(Eighty to one hundred kilo newton) static road roller as per MORD Technical Specifcation Clause 508 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including finishing and lettering but including painting as per drawing and technical specification clause-1703 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Ordinary/ Kilometer stone precast.

Reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including finishing and lettering but including painting as per drawing and technical specification clause-1703 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 200 metre stone

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheering vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick (10.2)including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm(two millimetre) thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm.(zero point nine square metre) supported on mild on dia G.I. pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical NABARD informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing, Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimetre into five millimetre)size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm(twenty five millimetre into twenty five milimetre into five millimetre) The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.(two Numbers) 75mmx75mm (seventy five into seventy five millimetre of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm(four hundred fifty millimetre into four hundred millimetre into six hundred milimetre) below ground level etc. as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
