Construction of 125 machine Drilled Bore Well and allied works at Municipal Park Kunzar, District Baramulla.

Drilling/boring of the hand pump well with air rotray drilling rig unit suitable for lowering MS casing of 125mm dia in suitably drilled bore hole as specification laid down in IS 2800 (Part I) 1991 with up to date amendmants. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulders, rock collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan consitions by ODEX/DTH attachements complete in all respects whole in consolidated/boulder formation till exploration of ground water by taping sufficient aquifer zone up to desired depth. the job includes the cost of all consumables, like fule, lubricants and other accessories. The job includes the cost of lowering of casing assembly and its subsequent welding after every length to lower up o the drilled/ desired depth. The casing is to be slotted as per the site requirement. The job includes following activities and the items. 1. Collection of soil sample in a sample box having a top lid/locking system to demo the sample as and when required as and when required during execution. 2. Power supply arrangement required during drilling etc. 3. P/F of well cap as per IS code 2800 with latest/ up to date amendments till the well is harnessed. 4. Recording the strata details in the drilling job card as given in the tenders documents. 5. P/F, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Fe 410 plain ended 125mm dia MS (Mild Steel) pipe confirming to IS: 4270: 2001 with up to date amendments of reputed make with anti-corrosive paint of approval brand pinated outside surface. 6. Development of tube well with back wash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangments till wel is throughly developed in all respects.

Providing and laying of circular cement concrete block of 1.5m dia x 0.3m deep or 1mx1mx0.3m in a mix of 1:3:6 (M15) to give the adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make a fool proof sanitary seal for good hygiene of the well water. Incase the suitable space for the above specification is not available the surface area is to adjusted according the blcok comprises of a mud mat of 4-inch height and then laying of 8-inch cement concrete with suitable drainge the block should have aesthetically good appearance.
