Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Effluent Treatment Plant of capacity 20 KLD for treating the incoming effluent upto specified standards for BOD/COD/TSS & other parameters as per CPCC. The plant is to be skid mounted type having major components as under:-

PRIMARY TREATMENT

Bar Screen Application – Screening of Floating matter Size of spacing – 10 mm, MOC- SS304 = 1 No.

Aeration Grid for Effluent Collection tank Application - For providing air in Effluent collection tank Coarse air diffuser. Size : 150mm MOC: Silicon Accessories- Complete with piping & valves MOC – MSEP , “C” Class = 1 No.

Effluent Transfer Pump Application- To pump Effluent for PRIMARY CHEMICAL TREATMENT. Type- Submersible/monobloc Capacity- 5.0 m3/hr., Head- 12 m, MOC – CI = 2 Nos.

Oil Skeemer Application- To removal of oil from effluent including Pump/Motor of required capacity

SECONDARY TREATMENT

FM/FL with Tube Settler with Platform Capacity- suitable to handle 20 KLD Agitation with Gear motor FM/FL Gear Motor Ratio-40:1 @ 2 nos MOC – MS with FRP Coating. = 1 No.

Areation Tank (MBBR) with Platform Capacity: suitable to handle 40 KLD Capacity- 2.5 m3 each reactor + FB MOC – MS with FRP Coating. = 2 Nos.

Media for MBBR REACTOR I & II Sp Surface Area-400 m2/m3 , MOC- PVC UV Stabilized, Virgin White = 1 lot

Secondary Tube Settler Tank Capacity- 3.0 m3. With Hopper Bottom MOC – MS with FRP Coating. = 1 lot

Secondary Tube Settler Media Length - 750mmm MOC - PVC UV Stabilized = 1 lot

Fine Membrane Air Diffusers For Sec-Biological Treatment Reactor complete with Piping and valves MOC – Silicon, Tubular = 1 lot

Supply Of Air Blower With Accessories Application - Supply of air for mixing Capacity- 60m3 Accessories- MS base plate, safety valves, suction filter, silencer, NRV, PRV, ant vibration pad, V belt, Belt guard, Drive = 2 Nos.

Supply Of Sludge Recycle Pump Type- Centrifugal, horizontal, Self-priming, Capacity- 3.0 m3/hr., Head- 10 m, MOC – CI = 2 Nos.

TERTIARY TREATMENT

Supply of Filter Feed Pump Type- Centrifugal, Monobloc, horizontal Capacity- 3.0 m3/hr., Head- 25 m, MOC – CI = 2 Nos.

Supply Of Pressure Sand Filter Media- under bed with graded silica sand MOC – MSEP Size : As per Design Thickness of sheet for Dish 8mm & body 6mm = 1 No.

Supply Of Activated Carbon Filter Media- under bed with graded silica sand and Activated carbon MOC – MSEP SIZE- Size : As per Design Thickness of sheet for Dish 8mm & body 6mm = 1 No.

Supply Of Hypo System DOSING TANK: MOC: HDPE, Capacity 100 liters, Make: Sintex/Ashriwad. DOSING PUMP: Capacity- 0- 10 LPH = 8 Nos.

Interconnecting Pipes, fittings and Valves MOC: MS “ C” CLASS / UPVC 80SCH MAKE: TATA, JINDAL/ ASTRAL = 1 Lot

Ultra Filtration System Capacity 2.0 cum/hr including Raw water pumps, Back Wash Pumps, CIP Pumps with tank and Dosing System complete = 1 Job

Cabling Electrical Multicore Cable Copper flexible type from Control Panel to all the Motors/Pumps, of ISI marked quality and required size as per the current rating complete to the satisfaction of EIC. = 1 Job

INSTRUMENTATION Pressure Gauges for Air Blowers , PSF & ACF Filters. Level Switch Connected with Control panel with Collection Tank, filter feed Tank and final Treated water Tank. Flow meter Application: - Inlet line/ Effluent feed line from collection Tank to Anoxic Tank, second with treated water line. = 1 Job

MS base frame, Ladder, Walkways, railings complete with all fittings = 1 Job

Design, drawing and Supervision over civil Works, Flow Diagram, P&ID & Civil Drawings = 1 Job

Warranty: All the major/minor components of the ETP shall be covered under one year warranty in the rates quoted. During this period the agency has to maintain the plant comprehensively without any additional cost.

Supply of Chemicals and Consumables all types required for operation of eTP upto design standard & capacity including Alum, Poly Elecholyte & Sodium Hypo Chloride

Comprehensive maintenance of all major/minor parts including repair/replacement of same free of cost, required for smooth functioning of the ETP upto required capacity and standards
