Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete on ground floors n exc 15 cm thick above GL all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete other than ground floors (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of fair finished flat form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, cooking plateform and similar work not exc. 200 mm thick all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of rough finished form work to edge of concrete slabs, breaks in floors, etc exc 5 cm but not exc. 20 cm wide all as specified and directed.

M & L brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) finished even and rough to receive the top layer all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured digital,designer tiles 300 x 450 x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including backing coat 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L granite (of any type) work ( table rubbed & polished), 18 to 20mm thick, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cill, cooking platforms & like in cement mortar (1:4) including polishing of chamfered edges and pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) necessary cutting, notching etc for sink all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description of thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Chamfer, splays, or arris in facework of granite exc 15mm wide but n exc 50mm wide all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing including cutting for inserting stainless steel kitchen sink complete.

Cutting chases, pinning in , making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 in platform not exc. 10 cm in girth all as specified and directed.

Cutting out bricks, forming toothing for, and bonding new into old work including value of new materials entering old walls and jointing and pointing (measured on vertical face in contact with old wall only) all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Drilling holes on cuddapah stones slab for gas pipe etc exc 25 mm but not exc 60 mm dia all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in repair Sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers; including waste coupling with pipe, bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe over all size 495 mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm or fixed with RCC slabs all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F vitreous china squatting pan of 'Orrisa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral footrests ( excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 10 litres PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern high level, white complete with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and telescopic down pipes and joint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC connection 15 mm bore size with PTMT nuts and PVC washers of length 450 mm all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair wash hand basins, vitreous china( flat back) white of size 550mm X 400mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including waste coupling fitting, brass chromium plated 32 mm size with long screwed shucks and fly nuts and including PVC discharge pipe all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15 mm bore fancy type pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (Pedestal) including white PVC seat cover closed pattern with flat bottem and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinge device,connection to drain or outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe joint to socket or stoper etc, white (EWC) all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore and connections from walls and ceilling or laid in floor including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
