(d) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3 kg per sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminious primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm in longitudinal direction. Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size /shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compected bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layers through vibratory compaction by using palte vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.
