D.G. Set (500 KVA) Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 500 KVA Silent type D.G Set radiator cooled including accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms, developing required bhp at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of ISO 3046/BS:5514 ,6 cylinder (4stroke)engine coupled with alternator as per IS 4722/BS: 2613 of 1500 rpm speed with rated PF (0.8 Lag) , 415 Volts, 50Hz frequency ,3 phase with SPDP enclosure & IP-23 degree of protection, et. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including F.O.R at site. Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of AMF Panel consist of 2 nos. of 1000 Amp., 4 Pole, Air Circuit Breaker EDO Type with Micro Processor Based Release, 415V , 50KA along with other accessories like AMF Relay, CT, Battery Charger, Multi Function Meter with suitable Bus bar etc. as required and as per specification with following components as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including F.O.R. at site. The AMF Panel shall be fabricated out of 1.6mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust, damp and vermin proof with IP 42 confirming to IS-2147 standing floor mounted type & front operated with base frame 75 x 40 x 6mm Channel duly painted with Siemens grey powder coated paint. It shall be made into sections as far as feasible there is no mixing of control,power, AC & DC functions, hinged doors shall be provided preferably double leaf complete in all respect, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Electrical operated , draw out type, 4P Air circuit breaker 1000Amp (L&T, Schneider, ABB make) with built in Micro processor based release over current & Earth fault & under voltage release for tripping - 2 Sets b) Indicating lamps 220V AC (L&T, Schneider, ABB make) ACB on, ACB off, battery charger on - 1 No c) Push buttons 6Amp (L&T, Schneider, ABB make) - 4 Nos. d) Control MCB 6A/16A SP (L&T, Schneider, ABB make)-12No e) Current transformers 1000/5, Tapewound, 15VA, Cl-1, Tape wound (AE, CG make) - 3 Nos. f) Auxiliary relay 24VDC (Salzer make) - 5 Nos.

Set (250 KVA) Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 250 KVA Silent type D.G Set radiator cooled with suitable standerd Panel, accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms, developing required bhp at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of ISO 3046/BS:5514 ,6 cylinder (4stroke)engine in built fuel tank coupled with alternator as per IS 4722/BS: 2613 of 1500 rpm speed with rated PF (0.8 Lag) , 415 Volts, 50Hz frequency ,3 phase with SPDP enclosure & IP-23 degree of protection, et. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including F.O.R. at site. Engine Make: Cummins/FG-Wilso(Caterpillar),Volvo Penta/MTU AlternatorMake:Stamford/Kirloskar/Crompton/Jyoti.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct, in existing Masonary open duct or trench etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Supply of 3.5 Core 300 sqmm size of 1.1 KV grade Multi-core XLPE Armoured Conductor power cable (Echo, Polycab, Havell's make) confirming to IS 7098 (Part-1)/ IS 1554 (Part-1) with upto date amendments as required.

Supply & fixing exhaust gas piping 250mm dia welded black MS "C" (Jindal ) class pipe confirming to IS: cut to required lengths & installed with necessary bends ,supports & clamps, anti vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool, rockwool, 50mm thick wiremesh & aluminium cladding including including 2 coats of primer and synthetic enamel paint for the structural members of the stack complete including clamping the exhaust pipe with the support structure(for 3 DG set 500 KVA). etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing exhaust gas piping 150mm dia welded black MS "C" (Jindal ) class pipe confirming to IS: cut to required lengths & installed with necessary bends ,supports & clamps, anti vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool, rockwool, 50mm thick wiremesh & aluminium cladding including including 2 coats of primer and synthetic enamel paint for the structural members of the stack complete including clamping the exhaust pipe with the support structure(for 1 No DG set 250 KVA). etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Old existing M.S. water pipes of 65mm to 80mm dia fixed with DG set heat exchanger by welding, cutting, threading etc. complete & fixed the dead end with suitable flange,nut bolts, rubber washer etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & buy back of 500 KVA (cummins make) old DG Set Model KTA-19-G4 Mfy-2003 which is installed at Sub-station of IMTECH including enclosure & all necessary accessories (except seperate diesel tank) complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & buy back of 500 KVA (cummins make) old DG Set Model VTA-1710-G MFY-1987 which is installed at Sub-station of IMTECH including enclosure & all necessary accessories (except seperate diesel tank) complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & buy back of 250 KVA (cummins make) old DG Set Model NTA-855-G5-1-06MFY-2006 which is installed at Sub-station of IMTECH including enclosure & all necessary accessories complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
