REPAIR MAINT OF POWER TRANSFORMERS AT 33 KV MRS NOFRA AND VARIOUS DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS OF DIFFERENT CAPACITIES UNDER AGE EM II OF GE (NW) VASCO

M & L for rewinding of transformer, including dismantling and drain out transformer oil, removing the core coil assembly from transformer, remove the weak /unserviceable 11KV HT side coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enamelled copper wire including drying,baking etc complete and assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete with filteration and refill the transformer oil, install, test and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of transformers mentioned.

(a) Transformer upto 200 KVA Capacity

(b) Transformer 200 KVA to 250 KVA Capacity

(c) Transformer 315 KVA to 400 KVA Capacity

(d) Transformer 400 KVA to 500 KVA Capacity

(e) Above 500 KVA upto 1250 KVA

All as per item No. 01 here in before, but for 430 V LT side limbs for following capacities :-

(a) Transformer upto 100 KVA Capacity

(b) Transformer 200 KVA to 250 KVA Capacity

(c) Transformer 315 KVA to 400 KVA Capacity

(d) Transformer 400 KVA to 500 KVA Capacity

(e) Above 500 KVA upto 1250 KVA

Notes for Item Sl Nos. 01 & 02 : (i) Additional oil required for top up of transformer after filteration shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Rewinding of limb shall be carried out only after the inspection of Transformer by the Departmental authority at Authorized maintenance work shop. (iii) Cost for transportation and lifting of Transformer shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Transportation and lifting of Transformer 11KV/433V of capacity up to 750 KVA including loading and unloading by suitable capacity crane to workshop for repair as per SI Item Nos 01 & 02 above in a load carrier vehicle from Electrical installations at Varunapuri / Nofra area to workshop and returning back to site at its existing installation place all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and repairing/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/440V transformer including the following works for 500 KVA capacity as follows : (a) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, cleaning inside, scraping complete all around parts of the transformer. (b) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket, nut, bolts, filtration with refill transformer oil including electric connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- i) Transformer oil filtration and additional transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately. ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket and minor weldings /patch work are deemed to be included in the rate quoted iii) The rate for transport to the maintenance workshop and lifting of transformer by crane shall be measured separately.

Disconnecting HT 11 KV incoming side and LT 430 V outgoing side connections from defective / repairable 11KV/ 430 V Transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA including earthing strips, loading and unloading to authorized maintenance workshop for repair in a suitable load carrier vehicle with using required capacity crane / Manual tripode and vehicle from Outdoor / indoor 11KV Substation yard at Varunapuri / Nofra to authorized maintenance workshop and return back at its existing installation place including testing, commissioning on site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs HT bushing insulator, Brass metal studs nut & washers suitable for HT bush side of transformer up to 100 KVA all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 9 here in before, but for 200 to 250 KVA capacity of transformer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill new EHV grade insulating transformer oil complete with minimum BDV not less than 60 KV all as specified and as directed.

Filtration of existing insulating oil with high pressure vaccum filtration plant operated by DG set to get BDV 60 KV after filtration attains BDV not less than 60 KV for Transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Transformer shall be kept in OFF position during filteration. (b) Temperature of oil should be kept below 75 ºC during filteration.

Supply and replace in repairs of fabricated transformer HT/LT cable box cover plate suitable for HT/LT side of transformer with necessary cutting, bending making holes including making sheet in required shape alongwith gasket,nut, bolts, washers etc and including painting two coats as per existing painting for transformer of any capacity all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill in repairs silica Gel for breather of superior quality for transformer breather all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs breather unit of transparent PVC material including its replacement for transformer of capacity up to 100 KVA all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 21 here in before, but for 200 to 250 KVA capacity of transformer all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 21 here in before, but for 315 to 400 KVA capacity of transformer all as specified and as directed.

M&L to repair the radiator fins of the transformer with drain out the transformer oil including refilling the same after repair, also remove the unserviceable part of the transformer radiators fins carefully and fix / weld new radiator fin assembly in place of removed unserviceable radiator fins complete suitable for :-

(a) Transformer up to 250 KVA Capacity

(b) Transformer 315 KVA to 500 KVA Capacity

M & L for painting of transformer outside of body with all accessories completely, including cleaning the body scrubbing thoroughly and applying two coats of synthetic enamel existing shade of paint over a coat of red oxide primer to transformer of capacity up to 200-3150 KVA and writing SM/MES No and Capacity of transformer with white colour letter all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 28 here in before, but for 33/11 KV 3.15 MVA capacity of Transformer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair/replacement of conservator unit complete including dismantling the existing body by gas cutting and provision of suitable capacity conservator unit as per existing design and fixing the same by gas welding, install testing and commissioning complete for satisfactory operation of transformer 11KV/430V upto 500 KVA capacity all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair temperature gauge dial thermometer with a bimetal sensing system suitable size for transformer of any capacity all as specified and as directed.

S & F Oil level indicator glass of existing size of the transformer of any capacity including replacement of allied gaskets complete and draining out transformer oil from conservator and refilling all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing of lugs on LT cable to connecting on LT side bushing by removing old lugs fixed on LT bushing complete for 95 to 400 Sqmm 3.5 core cable all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs HT bushing insulators brass metal studs,nuts & washers suitable for 33 KV side of 3.15 MVA Capacity Power Transformer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fault finding for Transformer 11KV/433V and Capacity upto 750KVA including dismantling LT and HT cable connection, checking the transformer winding for open circuit, short circuit or internal short circuit LT/HT bushing failure etc all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 35 here in before, but for 33/11 KV 3.15 MVA capacity of Transformer all as specified and as directed. Notes for Item Sl No.35 & 36 :- i) Inspection and fault location shall be carried through authorised agencies. ii) Equipment required for fault finding shall be provided by the contractor.

Repair and reconditioning of 3.15 MVA, 33KV / 11KV, Transformer : (i) Disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing elect connections/earthing strips from defective/repairable 33/11 KV step down outdoor type transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA oil cooled type from 33 KV Power Main Recieving Station at NOFRA, shifting to workshop for repairs/rewinding purpose in a load carrier vehicle by using required capacity crane and bring back the same after repairs works. (ii) Dismantling 33/11 KV 3.15 MVA capacity Transformer body, opening top cover and lifting core and winding from body in presence of Engr-in-charge and jointly checking all defective items/windings for repairs work complete as directed. (iii) Cleaning the core stack-coil assembly with clean oil at appropriate pressure for removing settled dirt/ sludge, replacement of failed windings, reassambly of core, heating the stack assembly in drying chamber for improving IR value and coating the coils with one coat of insulating varnish.

(iv) Scrubbing the tank, radiators, conservator and all ferrous parts welded to tank with wire brush/buffing process and cleaning the entire external surface of the tank rust-free. Painting the outer surface of tank, radiators, conservator and ferrous parts with one coat of red oxide & two coats of super enamel grey paint. (v) Refixing all attachments/accessories to tank by providing new sealing gaskets/ rubber washers. Reassembling the transformer by placing and reconnecting stack assembly to terminals, closing top cover by providing new rubberized cork sheet gaskets. (vi) In house testiong of transformer and Bring back the same after repairs works and reinstall at the same place including testing, commissioning on site/area , connecting the all removed incoming and out going elect cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of radiators for 33/11 kV 3.15 MVA of suitable size transformer at MRS Nofra complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Buchholz relay of transformer 11KV/430V of capacity 400/500 KVA including checking all components and circuits and replacement of minor parts like wornout hinges, flapper,float etc and resetting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 39 here in before, but for 33/11 KV 3.15 MVA capacity of Transformer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lightning arrestor (LA) zinc oxide type complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity 10 KA, suitable for 12 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing / Servicing the air break isolating switch 11 KV 200 Amps by replacing the defective major spares including provn of worn out bolts nuts etc, applying petroleum jelly on moving/ fixed contacts all as specified and as directed. Note :- Major spare shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of item No. 41

Supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection Current Transformer (CT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity dual ratio 100-50/5 Amps, 15 VA burden class I accuracy for metering and 15 VA/5P-10 for protection including dismantling old existing CT all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection Potential Transformer (PT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity ratio 11 KV/ 110 V, 200 VA burden including dismantling old existing PT all as specified and as directed.

M&L for primary injection test of 33 KV current transformer and checking the electrical circuits for fault condition and proper functioning and also submitting the test report all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying LT UG cable 2.5 Sqmm 14 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with copper conductor including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including dismantling of existing cable of any sizes:-
