Supply and erection of approved makensafe earthing electrode consisting pipe-inpipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.I. pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size, as mentioned below With 2 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing, Inner pipe dia. of 25mm having 200-250 micron galvanizing, connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 25 kg (one Bag) back filling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)(4 X 1 X 0.8 X 0.125 X 10=4.0)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)(0.675 X 0.675 X 0.5 X 10=2.28)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)(4 X (0.675 X 0.5 + 0.925 X 1 + 0.8 X 0.125) X 10)

Providing back filling bentonite compound suitable for safe earthing device. The product should be UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards.
