Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metres wide and not exceeding. 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25mm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete type D-1 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations,filling and massconcrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work brick with sub class ‘ B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B2, including necessary formwork using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in surface channels and drains etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation/clearance of mud from mansoon drains not exceeding 1.50m wide not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.50m above starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment incl 20 mm thick sand cushioning below paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 ,50 mm thick Type D-2(using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base over rammed earth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC type B-1, 1:2:4,100 mm thick (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs Barbed rozor tap concertina coil SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire manufactured by make as approved by GE of UTS 145 to 150 Kg/mm2 and dia of coil when stretched 610mm having minimum number of circles 10/RM, minimum number of clips 25/RM & minimum weight of coil 1.625Kg/RM hot dip galvanised including taking out existing damaged concertina coil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs, Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings & straining and fixing to any type of post including screwing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples as directed including taking out existing damaged barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Restraining and resecuring of barbed wire including removal & refixing of concerntina coil wherever required in single/double security fencing/on security wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces area of each tile exe 0.80 Sqm but not exe 1.20 Sqm of steel and iron posts and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repair informatory sign board of made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet confirming to IS 736 to be covered with Hi-intensity grade retro reflective film of shade as approved including border of 20mm thick as per IRC standards and letter of any type and colour (size and colour as approved) to be fixed to sheet with suitable adhesive , aluminium sheet fixed to structural steel frame work fixed with nuts, bolts/revets complete including and dismentling old board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal and cleaning of vegetation, fungus,mass small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base , surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 over concrete surface on top of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound pidilite LW complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment provided with polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm,90 micron weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces vertical/horizontal laid over a coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm, over a coat of bitumen primer 0.50Kg/Sqm one coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm shall be provided over water proofing membrane as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing of old plastered or unplastered or previously treated surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on walls including cleaning all window panes from splashes of white wash, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of worn out shaft 50mm of rolling shutter including taking out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter exc 1.50 sqm and n.exc 4sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing for in repair 35mm thick plain framed panelled door shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply ,the size of rail and style as per IS : 1003 Part-I, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated factory made shutters wood is to be incorporated all as specified,including two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of pink primer, one ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- All screws shall be self tapping chrome plated

S&F for 75mm dia PVC (SWR) Pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed in weep hole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bends fixed in PVC (SWR) pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
