Earth work excavation in all soils and Sub Soils with initial lead and lift including all Labour Charges as per the Direction of the Departmental officers etc. complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, using 40mm HBG jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:2:4, one part of cement, two parts of m.sand , four parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc.,

Providing centering using M.S.Sheet sides and soffits for R.C.C column raising including all cost and conveyance etc complete

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.
